Great food but forgets condiments a lot š I absolutely love the sauces but super bummed when I get home and come to realize that I didnāt get any and then they donāt test the drinks out either when I all I get is aww Iām sorry

Placed an order on the app, waited in curbside and watched 2 vehicles that arrived after me get their food. Slow service. When food finally arrived didnāt have 3 items I ordered. Usually chick fil a is on top of it but this experience just was not it. Update: didnāt give us plastic ware for a yogurt and Mac n Cheese. Gave us DIRTY napkins. Gave us no sauce. Food was cold and fries were super stale. Like completely hard. Seriously??

Always the same high quality chicken nuggets every single store I come.
Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A? All good things except for their order ahead service. It's pointless because they don't begin the order until you get there. Might as well use the drive-thru. Yesterday we sat there for 15-20 min while two order ahead guest pulled in and out. Waste of time but at least you get rewards.

The food is fine is the same but i have a huge problem with one of the fast food workers her name is ivy she is tall with glasses and she is super disrespectful i asked her for sauce and she gave me a very ugly look and threw the sauce at me and is such a negative person!

I went through the drive thru today and ordered 60 nugget for my family to eat for dinner. When I got home, there were only 30 nuggets in the bag, not enough to feed us all. The Chick-fil-A is a half hour from my home each way, and since I didnāt want to drive back to get my second set of nuggets, they said ātoo badā. Iāll be calling my credit card company for a partial refund. Iāll Never go back to this Chick-fil-a.
