This is by far the Worst location! Every time we go here, they are rude and act like they have no time for their customers. Today at 11:45a Friday at Lunch time they said "Mac & Cheese is not ready yet" The food also looks terrible, shouldn't everything be fresh right before a lunch rush? The fries look old and dried out and the chicken is greasy, like it sat in the grease for A while. Hire Better for as much as you charge!

This place used to be good but now every time I order from here the chicken and fries are room temp and the soda is flat. There’s no telling how long the chicken has been sitting out, I wouldn’t trust. Go somewhere else, don’t eat here.

Chris and his staff have always taken care of our large orders with perfection! We fed 25 students today and they had our food ready for pickup on time and every order was correct.

Not likely to stop by again. Every table was filthy. Cashier tried to put our cups upside down on the dirty counter during ordering (inviting whatever dirt and bacteria that were on the obviously soiled counter to contaminate our drinks). Disappointed that the fountain soft drinks had no carbonation, and no warning before we ordered. We stayed 30 minutes, and no one cleaned any tables or wiped the serving counter. However, once I got past the “ick” factor, the food tasted good.

I've been to a lot of Chicken Expresses but this is the worst I've ever been to the chicken had no flavor at all it was like they just put flour on it and cooked it and on top of that it was $2 more than all the rest of the chicken expresses.

The drive thru attendant @ around 12 noon on Oct 8th felted bothered and was short with our request, a not so friendly attitude was demonstrated toward us. A correction of attitude toward treating customers need to be addressed.

Come everyday about 2-2:30 and the guy they have working the window is always so damn rude . I order the same thing everytime . The girl that use to work the window was always so sweet and kind . I’ve noticed every time I ask for fried pickles he says they don’t have any or is really rude about it . He’s always yanking the card out my hand or not giving me total just asking for my card . I always ask for total and he gets upset and gets snarky . Not sure if he’s mad because they take time to make or what it is . Then proceeds to say well it’s going to be awhile and shuts window . I don’t get it if you don’t like your job then find another one .

This place has a mixed bag of who greets you at the drive thru. We have had our orders mixed up over half the times we've gone here, which is crazy since every time we've gone it has not been busy enough to warrant this. They can't decide whether a combo exists or not, and half the menu items are always missing. If the drive thru times are going to be 10+ minutes, at least get your tickets straight.
Really good food that you regret after eating because of how unhealthy it is. I typically get the #2 7 Piece with mashed potatoes then use that as a dipping sauce for the tenders and biscuit.
Vegetarian options: None for the main dishes.

Ordered liver and gizzards and some okra. Did not get the okra, they burned the livers, and the gizzards were undercooked. I don't know who's in charge of this location but they are sending out some bad chicken which can also get people very sick. I would check your food if I was you before you leave

The hours listed on the Internet say they are open until 10::00 p.m. As we got out of our vehicle, a girl came out from behind the drive thru and yelled out, "We're closed," and rattled off their hours. I told her they needed to update the Internet then. Funny thing too is where their hours should be posted on their door, they're not. Don't waste your time or money here. We went to Golden Chick in Kyle. 1,000 times better food too. This Chicken Express has gone downhill fast. Double thumbs down!!
