Everything good except for the food and I went there for the food.

My husband and I went in for a nice dinner. We were greeted with smiles at the entrance and our door was opened for us by a greeter. At the host station we were greeted again and seated. We were seated by a bunch of kids which was a little loud but that was ok. Our waitress was awesome. Really friendly and attentive and our goodness quick. Our food, however, is why I'm giving three stars. The queso we got with our chips was really gross, IMO. My husband thought he'd had worse. I thought it tasted like fake cheese from a can. My sirloin steak was chewy, but flavorable. I asked for some butter for my broccoli and got liquid butter with garlic. They don't out salt on the table which I was a little shocked by. I would have given 4 stars, but I felt the restaurant is a 3-star due to the food not being so great.

We haven’t been in a Chili’s in years but my kids were dying to get a burger and chicken after a playoff game! This Chili’s was great and service from everyone was fantastic! Food delicious and came out fast. We took some home and it was even better hours letter. Bathroom could have used attention but we mentioned that to the hostess to give the heads up.

Thank you for giving my boy his dream after a long football game!

I came in around 10:41 and a young gentleman greeted us at the door. I guess he realized he was next to be sat so we were his last table. His demeanor changed from there. There was never no proper introduction as in introducing himself or even establishing a baseline. He came to the table was like “y’all know we close in 20 minutes?” and from there he rushed us to order which we already knew what we wanted but his tone was off putting. From there, I got the hint that his service was going to be poor so I told him we’re doing take out. He said “okay; just pay right there”. I’m frustrated because I’ve been a server and bartender for 3 years, I know the feeling of getting sat last but there was 4 tables still in restaurant, I just got out of work and wanted to wind down. Server to Server Ik that feeling when a customer comes in last minute and to make up for that I always leave minimum $20 or more regardless if the tab is less than that. Unfortunately this time I didn’t because I didn’t established a good rapport with my server. Being a server is form is hospitality; customer should never feel unwanted. Side note my food was disheveled when I checked it before driving off but the food taste really good.

Way over priced. Sloppy service. The wait staff had no regard for the small child at the table. Continuously placed items ( silverware drinks and hot food) directly infront of the child (10 month old) in their reach. I get they are young adults but common sense wasn't on shift with them.

I usually have horrible service but hat up the bartender was amazing. Major fan of hannah. She made my veteran's day amazing unlike the trash service I received at 54th street. I love my time here

I took my mom out to eat there the other day the cheese dip was watering the steaks didn't even look like steaks they look like meat they got from fiesta and then the green beans were the ones from the bag like are you serious so disgusting wasted almost 80 bucks I could have just went to McDonald's and got us a fulfilling meal will not be going back to this Chili's no more

Our softball team stopped for dinner after being at the fields all day. We had 3 tables with about 28-30 people total. 7:30 pm so during dinner times. The food was that of Chili’s BUT the service was worthy of the review! We had the absolute best service a large group could ask for. Appetizers, drinks, refills, taking away empty plates…empty glasses. Grabbing extra ice…extra napkins….to go orders, service never skipped a beat. I wish I’d gotten her name but I was tired and just forgot to do that. But if she reads this along with her other staff supporting her…she’ll know that was me and we really stood out to this group. Thank you for feeding our girls and families.
