Terrible, pathetic portions and an outright refusal to replace the food or refund my money. If you need to eat here order it in person because if you order it online they will screw you on the portions. Why?
Because they know you probably won't go down there and even if you do... They tell you to call customer service... They have it all figured out.

I picked up 3 tacos, chips and salsa, and a lemonade. We unwrapped the tacos and there were literally five tiny pieces of steak on the taco. We tried to call the restaurant to see if we could get a replacement or refund but Chipotle does not allow you to talk to a crew member. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

The coke had a weird aftertaste and the food was gross and half cooked this place really needs to be shut down
The workers were great as always. the food however was not fresh. Sofritas so old the worker advised me not to get them and hard rice that was cruchy when I bit into my burrito. for a $12 burrito it was definitely not worth it. Big bummer.

At this point in my life I have dined at a ton of Chipotles, which I suppose makes me something of an expert. This restaurant was well managed from this customer's point of view. The food was excellent (the queso was different, but terrific) and the service was fast, very fast. The place was clean and the trash disposal seemed easier to access than most, which was a surprise, since the chain is so well organized.

I placed my order at 9:40 for a 10 pickup. Arrived at 10:05, food wasn’t ready (no big deal). What the deal was that they guy at the front counter, asked my name gave it to him and he says “You will have to wait” and proceeds to start cleaning the line again. Another guy comes in for pickup, exact same thing, order not ready “You will have to wait” and just keeps cleaning the line. Waited for about 10 mins while this guy cleaned the line. All the items for the orders were right behind him, but he just kept cleaning his line like it was not big deal that we were waiting for him. Mean while, there is fry oil in 2 of the booths and the trash is running over. I finally get my order and what was supposed to be rice, cheese, corn salsa and fajita veggies has no fajita veggies on it. My wife, found it and said it will be fine so we went back to the hotel. Will find another place to eat next time.

I used to come here fairly frequently because it's close to work. I haven't been coming as often lately, since they made their chicken inedibly salty, and I'll probably stop entirely now. Twice in my last three visits they've not had iced tea available, nor done anything to address that when I've asked. And even when they do have it, it's often mislabeled with sweet tea in the unsweet dispenser. It's just not worth visiting anymore, never knowing whether they will have their act together.
