The food counter was messy, with food scattered around, and the staff seemed annoyed or uninterested in helping customers. It also felt like they were intentionally giving smaller portions because they didn’t want to bother cooking more food. This was the Chipotle location that served the smallest portions out of all the ones I’ve been to. I visit this location occasionally because the outlet doesn’t have many other options, but every time I order here, I end up feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

I ordered on the app for the first time after coming in a couple times in the restaurant to order, and experience was phenomenal! I placed my order and it was ready in 10-15 minutes! The black girl up front, sorry I don’t know her name, but she was really helpful and asked me immediately what I needed. Even though I knew my order wasn’t ready I took a seat to wait and she went out of her way to make sure to ask if I needed anything! After I got my food the whole staff apologized for me sitting down for even just a few minutes which I didn’t even mind haha. Awesome food, staff and customer service. Will be always coming here to get my chipotle!

Worst location I've visited, manager treats staff terribly and customers as simple consumers. Used napkin was discovered inside of my burrito and the manager suggested that I throw it away and order again without refund.
