It’s been a while since I’ve written a review but I had to let it be known. Ordered the Jalitos Ranch Burger for the first time, it was hot/fresh & delicious. The establishment was clean & The ladies were very nice , including Victoria whom took my order. After I ate, I honestly wanted to go home and take a nap, it hit the spot. I will be back 😋

All I wanted was a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard and didn’t try the blizzard in the driveway. I got home and there were peanuts in it. Thankfully I don’t have a nut allergy because it was definitely shocking

We drove through and had an incredibly rude gal on the speaker. We ordered and then she said “we are out of ice cream.” We asked if the other locations were as well, and she said “I don’t k ow I only work here.” Seriously? Apparently customer service isn’t high on their list of services.

the worker at the register was not very kind. i came in about 20 minutes before closing to place a to go order. once i had ordered 1 one of the three things i needed, the cashier just said “it’s to go” and then tried to end the transaction. after i explained that i still wanted to order 2 treats and i asked if a certain milkshake was any good, the same cashier rolled his eyes and said “i haven’t tried it but it sounds disgusting”. It was just a very off putting interaction, save yourself the headache and drive 2 miles down the road to the other san marcos location.
