I want to put a zero stars but I can’t so I’ll give u one. I can’t remember the man who took my order but he was just yelling at this poor woman who came to us to ask what our food number was. He was raising his voice to everyone including some customers. I worked at Dairy Queen before and this behavior I have seen is horrendous. They were cussing so much that I would never bring my younger siblings or kids. I truly hope this gets fix. The order took so long to come out, I just order a icecream cone. 15 minutes of waiting and it was already melted.

I was the only person in the restaurant. The employees were arguing about who was late. The person that finally helped me ( after 10 minutes) didn't even have a way to log into the register. Walked out. The customer service is terrible. The employees argue with each other. Go somewhere else. This Dairy Queen has major issues. Corporate needs to reconsider all their employment. AVOID!!

Everytime I go to this location, I am met with disappointment. Their blizzards are consistently melted and always make a mess. I order a shake with no whip cream and the cashier will confirm my no whip cream request; I have never been given my milkshake without whip cream. Either the workers do not care or they are simply incapable of fulfilling a simple order. I do not recommend going to this DQ if you appreciate your icecream being cold and your order being make correctly.

super SUPER understaffed. WOW. The team looked exhausted and over worked. Waited 45 minutes for a single banana split but I couldn’t even be mad considering the staff looked like they needed a break. Management staff needs to put a help wanted sign out front. The shift lead, Ryan, didn’t even have the energy to hold a conversation with me. I felt bad. Avoid this location if you don’t want to wait nearly an hour for a single item.

Abysmally long wait times. Employees seem indignant and overtly satisfied with their own mediocrity. Kitchen staff is loud and ridiculous. Needs proactive management to restore this restaurant to its former glory.

From the time i walked in, the lady at the register looked as if she hates her job, no smile, no friendliness, she just looked miserable! When she brought my banana split out, I immediately noticed it was watery so i told her that it was watery. Her response was "i dont know anything about the ice cream" and she threw her arms up and walked away!!! I asked them to remake my banana split because the ice cream was super runny and they were so upset about it.
