Placed an order and when I arrived to pick it up the order was incorrect. Without hesitation they remade my order which had zero issues. Very friendly staff who addressed my concerns in a timely manner. I will still choose dominos over any other pizza place in town

I had not ordered a pizza from Domino's I think for a couple of years. I wanted to try the pizza so I ordered a pizza today. I went to pick it up.
I go into Domino's and a very nice girl comes from the back and so pleasant. She greets me and asks me my name to give me my pizza. Thank you for giving great customer service. Btw, the pizza I ordered waz really good.

Ordered through the app mid day on 11/3/2025, whole order about $45-50. Selected the “Pay In Store” Option. Upon arrival & presentation of my cash, I was *rudely* told “we probably don’t have change.. you’ll have to use another payment method” which I didn’t have, by the kid working the desk.
After standing there in shock for a second, staring at this dude, he said “Man, you really don’t have anything else? That’s crazy. Umm I don’t know what to tell you.. gas station is right there if it’s gonna be a problem I guess” and I was about to start throwing the attitude back, until a very kind employee stepped in saying “let me go check real quick!”
She returns with my change and a very helpful & friendly demeanor which was appreciated.
The dude at the front needs to learn that some people don’t use cards (I do, typically. but a lot of people don’t and it’s rude as hell to say that’s “crazy”)
and customers are not an excuse for you to be “Mr. Cool Nonchalant guy” just by being rude. Lil bro was probably 19. Calm down, kid. Left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Will not be returning.
