This location is on campus. You order at a kiosk and then wait for them to call you. For the money I think it's better than the other expensive coffee shop on campus but they get so busy they can't keep the waiting area clean during peak times. The coffee etc is exactly what you would expect it to be from a Dunkin Donuts though. However the selection of donuts has been limited when I have gone in there.
Sometimes during a rush you will have to wait 30ish minutes for food. I would try to order ahead if you are worried about time before class or work. One time I had been there for 30 minutes and needed to leave before being late to work and they said there was nothing they could do. I went back later and got a refund.
They have coffee and they have donuts.ðŸ™â¤ Dont be too discouraged by the service though. The management really does try their best to run this DD along with the other concepts at this dining hall. It's just that when your workforce mainly consists of college kids with no aptitude for work with a high worker turnover rate, customer service will tend to be iffy. Even more so, Imagine having to manage such people. Think of that one person at work that makes you think...
