I usually have a great experience. Not today. I waited too long to get my order taken and then given to me because the staff was just chatting with someone in their car. Once I finally got my drink, it was hard to get out because of the car infrastructure of me. Granted, I didn't leave enough room, but I didn't expect that to happen. I'll update the review after my next experience.

wow. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! i came here with 3 of my friends. the worker came up to the window and was a bit rude already. when we were talking trying to figure out what we were getting she screamed “what are you drinking” a bit rude but oh well. we order two drinks and she asks anything else impatiently. i said yes one second please and begin to ask what they want. then she starts reading back our order trying to get us to pay. i said again that there was more and she scrunched up her face with LOOAADDDSSS of attitude. okay rude but whatever. we pull up to the window and wait. this other lady comes and gives us a drink and said “ HERE THE SODA” i ordered it dirty and it wasn’t and also wasn’t the right color so i gave it back to her and told her im sorry but it doesn’t look like the right flavors and its not dirty. she said “ok well when u mix the colors thats what it looks like” wow… THERE WAS BLUE RASPBERRY IN THERE ITS PINK IK THATS MIY RIGHT.. so i just okay that’s fine ill just drink it but its meant to be dirty and she rolled her eyes and snatched it so hard. just rude i was very upset but kept my composure, but when she did that it was the straw that broke the camels back!! then when we got all the drink 2/4 were wrong. we went to the walk up window to fix them there was this guy who was SOOOOO AMAZININGLY nice fixed the drinks happily he was such a good example of good customer service i’d come back just for him honestly, He gave us a solution and was very helpful. I just appreciate him so much he made my day after they were so mean :( !!!!!!!!! :)

Worst and slowest dutch bros I've ever been to. Took 20 minutes. Got handed a wrong order, fixed then it still tasted bad. What a way to start the day. :/

The staff is always super nice but everytime I come it takes 30-45 minutes which is so disappointing. It doesn’t matter if the line is short or long. Last time I came all the ice cubes had black specks in it.

Love it here! Tony was very cheerful and brightened my day, and of course my drink was great as always. Definitely recommend this location, it’s the best!

I love coming here to not only get a tasty sugar free coffee drink but the broistas are always friendly and energetic. It always is a good choice to come and get a beverage here. So many options!
