Atmosphere for a drive thru? Meh. They skipped our vehicle when taking orders. It was pretty obvious we should have been next. Window service was apologetic of our situation but they brought someone the work the window in the middle of figuring it out and she had to stop and deal with the trash…so we waited a little more. Got on the road and took a sip of my large iced SF caramel latte and it tasted like soap. I thought maybe it was my imagination, but nope, still soap. Still not convinced that I had just spend money on a huge drink that I could not drink so I took another sip…still soap. Hubby’s SF vanilla was fine. Not sure it’s worth the wait, the cost, or the risk. Not stopping there again. (Note, if it wasn’t soap I don’t think I want to know what it was. I’m diabetic and order sf flavor all the time, I’ve never had one taste this bad.)

I don't generally leave reviews, but I HAVE to shout out the team working this morning (3/20). I went to redeem my birthday drink and they completely made my day. They took the time to wish me happy birthday, write on my cup, give me a sticker, and even let me pick out my straw. They genuinely made me feel special and cared for. I wish I got their names - absolutely made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond.

we really love dutch brothers!! its better and more affordable than starbucks. they need to build one in Tupelo Mississippi where we are moving to this summer!!!! starbucks is the only one there and we really dont wanna have to go back to that. so please,please,please build one there.Dietary restrictions: they use almond or coconut milk options if you askKid-friendliness: they have kid hot chocolate and kid smoothie

Employees have no sense of urgency, took 30 minutes to get my drink and I could just see everyone inside standing around talking about who’s working tomorrow and making sure they get off on

I just got home and when I see my coffee there were a fly in, I think maybe It happen in my home but I just got home and this fly looks dry, so she have been there for a long time maybe in the ice, I always buy my coffee in here and never happen to me before, I love your coffee but never will buy again for you. I think maybe the girls leave everything open and the fly go in.

My order is heavenly. Large light iced golden eagle chai with a shot of espresso, whipped cream, caramel and cinnamon. Truly the best coffee. However I’ve tried other locations and they have been disappointing so y’all at the San Marcos location are amazing thanks ?

How about actually being open at 5am like every common Dutch bros. I went up there at 6:10am and not even open. No lights on and no music playing and I can clearly see the employee parking is empty all around. As a Dutch broista in the past, this is disappointing even for a new location.
