We ordered lunch at 12:00 for delivery. After calling numerous times and being told the food was on the way, when we called at 2:30 to ask to speak to the manager (who was not in, of course), we were told in a snide voice that the food wouldn't be delivered. Why??? Because we can no longer contact our delivery driver. No call to say we wouldn't be getting our lunch and so far no call from the manager. I'd have given a zero rating if I could.

Extremely slow in preparing orders. Although there are multiple staff members on the shift at the time it's as if only one takes orders and makes them as well. Good food but wish they had better service

Making sandwiches is easy. So easy that even a kid can make them. Well apparently they have toddlers working here. Seriously I don't know how these guys are still in business. The bread from my sandwich was as hard as a rock, couldn't even eat the freaking thing. And todays is January 28th, The chips they gave me expired 28 days ago. Don't waste your money here

This was a horrible experience. They don't toast the sandwiches. She got my order wrong and all I wanted was a pickle and they forgot it. Not to mention I'm pregnant and have cravings out of this world. Said they would at least bring it back and they didn't. Also the pickle cost extra!

This place SUCKS. Over a span of 2 years I have ordered from here probably 20 times and every. Single. Time. The order is messed up. It takes 1-2 hours to deliver ONE sandwich. The service is subpar. You want extras? Forget about it. You'll pay for the extra bacon and avocado but you definitely won't get it. Obviously management doesn't care because when I call and complain I get a half-assed apology. And still no bacon.
