Ever since the Flaming Bird my family loves closed in Kyle, I have tried to get food here multiple times, purposely avoiding the exact meal hours (nowhere near closing time). Each time I have been told the same thing, that they are out and won’t be making more, or it’ll be over an hour til the ones on the grill are done.
They are rude, treating me like it’s bizarre that I would expect a chicken place to have chicken. Their time management and personnel management need a LOT of work. They have lost my business for good, I will not waste my time trying to get food there again.
