Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I usually visit this location and just go through the drive through, but today I decided to go in to order my food. Once I got my food Jordan came to my table to ask me if everything was good. I asked him if I could get more of the Smoky Fry Sauce because it’s my favorite, so he went and grabbed it. Later on I was on my last sauce and he brought me more! It just shows how he was paying attention and how kind he was. He was so attentive and helpful! The food was delicious and this Freddy’s location has never let me down.

The seeming trainees were great and kind but l the older man who was training them was very pushy and made ordering uncomfortable

Bobbi is amazing! She’s was friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Because of her, my visit today felt enjoyable. Freddy’s is lucky to have her!

I have to say I was very disappointed in my visit on December 23 (7pm)I come here from time to time and the employees always have a smile and are very friendly..This time I walk in and the guy just looked at me no hi,what can I get you no nothing?And on my way out I told another employee Good Night and he didn't even lift his head up to see me.What happened Freddy's?I'm so disappointed i like yalls burgers very much but im thinking about going to In and Out man the employees there are top notch in customer service

I have to say, the Prime rib burger, is by far the best burger I have had anywhere, including my own smash burgers that my wife says are the best.

Our visit was great! The custard is incredible and like I said the burgers are awesome! The prime rib burger has grilled onions & mushrooms with a a garlic aioli sauce & cheese and their seasoning. It was very good! I didn't believe a fast food restaurant could make burgers with this kind of flavor! This is a in-the-park home run!

The prices are OK for burger prices, the custard prices are a bit pricey, but as a decadent treat, it is worth it!

Over all,
Freddie's is a GREAT change for burgers, and in my so humble opinion, the best custard! ...and to listen to some music that that takes you back into another time.
I may go out of my way for their burgers from now on!!!

I have worked in food service for 10 years and had the worst customer service here that I’ve ever had. The girl working the drive thru had black hair with a septum and other piercings and makeup and was so unbelievably rude. We went in around 8 pm, mind you NO WHERE NEAR CLOSE and no one else in the drive through and maybe one person sitting inside. I understand if someone comes in 5 minutes before close that you could be annoyed but this was far from that. We drove up to the ordering area and all we got was 2 milkshakes, immediately she started off with being rude and snarky when we ordered, but at that point it was whatever, I get some people have bad days so I just ignored it. Then we got up to the window and after a while of waiting she finally came up to the window to get my payment and my dog was with me and started freaking out from excitement so I asked for a pup cup and she said absolutely nothing and gave me the biggest glare I’ve ever had someone look at me with and slammed the window in my face. So I sat that and waited and she brought back the thinnest little cup with one little pic of whip cream and goes we’re out and slams the door again. After just handing us 2 milkshakes with fresh whip cream on it. Also I’m not sure if Freddy’s makes their own whipped cream or they get it from a wholesaler but making whipped cream takes maybe 2 minutes and I know this because my old job did that and it took her longer than that to bring the cup full of nothing to the window. I’ve asked for pup cups at this Freddy’s before and other people have been more than happy to get me one and have made us a huge lid of whipped cream and peanut butter on it. I wish I had this employees name because she needs to be fired.

Great customer service! Always a good experience when dining in or driving through. Love the seasoning on the tater tots and can’t beat the custard.
