I will never go here after how they treated a young lady with a service animal! Denied her access, which is illegal! I hope they get fined! 10/10 do not recommend!
Not only do you need to learn ADA guidelines, your staff were rude and condescending. You most definitely need to learn the law. Maybe the huge fines you will incur for violating the law will help you reconsider how you treat those with disabilities and who you employ.
Staff are rude and establishment doesn’t adhere to ADA guidelines. Will not be returning. A once enjoyable atmosphere has proven to be an unwelcoming environment that I do not recommend.
