Went for sushi and had a wonderful time. Delicious seaweed salad. A lot of options but all we're high quality and we appreciated the unpretentious atmosphere. Our server Dillon was enthusiastic and knowledgeable on the menu. We will be back!

First time coming here, our server Romulus was amazing. He was very helpful and kind, the ramen was great and so was the chicken fried rice but I personally really enjoyed the Crunch Sushi roll. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend wanted to try this restaurant out, primarily for me because he knows how much I love Sushi. We BOTH loved it and will definitely be back. Our server (Romulus I believe was his name) could not have been any better, and neither could the food. We'll definitely be back!

Enjoyed our experience tonight at Hokkaido Ramen. Our server (I think his name was Dylan) was very sweet & attentive to everyone he was helping and of course our food was perfect!

Amazing service, not to mention the food was delicious! We've been looking for a ramen place ever since we moved to Austin and after several other let downs, this place revived my hope in humanity basically. The flavor was amazing! Not to mention the sushi we had was so good. Everything came out fresh and also nice sized portions. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I first tried Hokkaido Ramen on our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The ramen was so delicious. Since we’ve returned with family for ramen and sushi. The service each time has been great. The restaurant is clean. When we arrived on a Sunday they were busy that tells me we’re not the only ones that think it’s good. We drive out from San Antonio just to eat at Hokkaido it’s definitely worth the drive. We will continue to come back. Definitely recommend this ramen and sushi! Honestly I don’t believe the bad reviews. I click on the review profile and all they have is 2 or 3 reviews, that tells me they only review to complain. I’m an honest reviewer I review all places with honesty you can look at my profile for proof. Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi is worth every penny!

I took a shopping trip here in San Marcos, and I needed to find a place to eat so I came here and it was amazing. The ramen was delicious as well as the sushi. I wish I had one of these places in my home town, and I can't come here very often because I live to far away. But if I ever come back to San Marcos I'll definitely come here every day. Words can't describe how much I loved the food here.

When we walked in we were not sure if we were gonna fit since there were 10 of us, but they were so amazing. They moved the tables for us to make sure we all fit. The food was amazing! The empty plate was because my son swallowed his food down before I was able to get a picture. Everyone ordered something different but this is what my family got. The food came out nice and hot, everyone was happy with their orders. I would definitely come back here again.
My son said it deserves 10 stars, it's his new favorite restaurant.
