We’ve been going here over the last year with a group of 12 or more. They always accommodate our group at one large table. Our server, Christina is the best. She has been our waitress every time. Every order is correct and served to the right person. Plenty of hot coffee. She rocks it. All of the staff is friendly and polite.

We went to the Menifee CA I HOP and at 6pm my husband ordered a steak dinner and it was not until we ordered that we were told they had NO vegetables but he could order a salad. When the salad came it was lettuce piles of chopped tomatoes and many slices of red onion. I asked if they had croutons and was told no. The mashed potatoes were a child size portion. I ordered a chicken quesidilla which was the least amount of cheese I have seen sprinkled on the tip of a stale tortilla, burnt poblano and red bell peppers. I tried to use pan coins on a child's meal and I told him I had opened it and that the code was there and he said no he insisted on doing it again and then there were 2 kids meals and he said oops sorry they don't refund it even though he made a mistake. I told him I had lost over 150 pan coins because when ever we try to use it the "system" is down. He offered no way to fix it and told me I could only use one. This was not the first multiple errors or bad food we have had at this location. We will not go back.

They recently decided to discontinue the gluten free pancakes. The only reason I went, their response to my questioning about why is hopefully you will find something else! Lol, there is no other reason to go to the international house of pancakes. 🙄 I know they won't miss me, but I hope they lose a lot of business over this.

We went at a slow time when there were only 4 other tables. All 6 of the waiters/waitresses stand in the other room talking and nobody waited on us. I finally waved at one of the waitresses and she pointed at a young man. The young man never came to the table. I finally had to get up and get my own waiter. This other room that I would call the gossip and waiters on their phone room is a problem for this iHop. The manager should tell them that the customer is the #1 priority. I felt like I was low priority.

The place itself like any other IHOP but what made the experience is the server Jeffrey he made mine and my friend’s night. Jeffrey just truly the GOAT if you ever come here late at night/ early Morning he truly made the experience fantastic. Jeffrey’s customer service is stellar 10/10 would go again

My family and I was out Christmas shopping at the San Marcos outlet mall. We had stopped in to eat dinner. Upon entering this restaurant, we noticed that all the tables were very dirty with dishes and silverware still left out. I ordered a T-bone steak with only two sides available, pancakes and mashed potatoes. All other side options were out. I ordered my steak medium and after about 30 minutes wait, our dinner was brought out to us. My steak arrived fully cooked with no flavor. I requested A1 steak sauce and was told they were also out of this sauce and was offered catchup or BBQ sauce as the only options. My wife and kids were also disappointed with their meal. At the end, I felt victimized for having to pay for such a bad meal and dinning experience. To the consumer, enter at own risk.

We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.

I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.
