We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.

I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Such great service from our server Migule J!! It was our first time having him as a server, and he was such a delight. He had amazing manners that you don’t see so often anymore. We always have such amazing service during the night shift. Joy and the other lady are always friendly and helpful. I can’t remember her name but she’s always there, she even let me borrow her jacket one time so I could eat comfortably after a night out!! 10/10 recommend their hot chocolate
Update: Me and boyfriend love to go at night because the Crew is absolutely AMAZING!! Joy is literally such a JOY!!

It was horrible, they spread the cream cheese all around the waffle instead of in the center with whipped cream and they added old-looking strawberries, and the cook was very rude when trying to explain it to her, No I don't recommend this iHop.

We came late at night on a Sunday And michael was the only person i saw working.He took our order and he cooked our food.The food was excellent and the service was fast.Given the circumstance michael deserves a raise

We waited 20 minutes no one took our drink order. All of them walked pass us several times. And as we were leaving someone said have a nice day my husband said now you notice us. All of them were standing up front. We ended up going somewhere else. 1 minutes after we sit down we were served. That is good served not what ihop gave us. And this has happened almost every time we go. We have been giving this place achance cuz we work in the food industry. So we know things don't go right. But to have it happen time and time again. We will not be going back.

Absolutely the worst IHOP experience I’ve ever had. Took over 10 minutes just to get drinks even though there were plenty of employees around—and none bothered to help. I actually had to walk into the kitchen area just to get service, and they looked at me like I was the crazy one. My order was wrong, the food came out cold, and I never once got a refill without walking to the back myself.
The staff seemed more interested in hanging out and chatting in the kitchen than helping customers, and there were only TWO tables occupied. We weren’t greeted, had to seat ourselves, and even grab menus. At that point, I felt like I should’ve been paid for doing their job.
This genuinely ruined my day. My friends and I will never come back here again. Management needs to fire or seriously discipline this team because this level of service is unacceptable.

Phillip is the BEST!!! Having a tough day? Can’t find a smile? Go see him. He doesn’t just bring you good food, he brings some light. Always friendly with a big smile and a kind word. Attentive and such a hard worker. We have closer locations but make the drive just to see him.

My wife and I travel to and from Abilene, Texas for our jobs. We never miss an opportunity to visit our IHOP family and are always grateful for the service we receive from each member. Phillip is our personal hero here but his ability to include other teammates in the recognition of great treatment, really makes this place special!!
