Every experience I’ve had here has been good up until recently. Unsure if she’s new or if it’s just been unlucky on my part, but this worker has been there every time i’ve been lately, and has consistently been rude to us. I think her name is Lania? She just seems like she hates her job overall, and doesn’t hide that from anyone. I’ve worked fast food, so I understand having a bad day, but you can’t take that out on customers. After the first time I brushed it off, but every time I go she is snappy, interrupts me, and talks to me like i’m stupid. I know how hard it is to get a job at In-N-Out, so i’m kind of appalled that she works here and that this behavior is being excused.

I love In N Out more than any other burger joint. Maybe equal to Whataburger but at the very top of my list!
Everyone has their own special order and the food is always made to order. It never sits under a hot lamp and never sees a microwave.
The staff is always on top of their game and they alwsys look happy to be there. It's a great atmosphere to enjoy great food.
My order: 3x1 mustard and pickles only! Fries and a coke!

We were really disappointed in the quality of the burger and especially the fries. They were reminiscent of crunching into a dry foam board.
