Just want to take a moment to shout out the GM of this location, Curtis. A friend and local business owner at the square recently experienced the passing of her dog, and I thought it would be a great idea to cheer her up by getting something sweet to eat a.k.a. getting some Insomnia Cookies. The GM was working there and he was very polite and energetic. I let him pick a dozen cookies for me so that I can hand deliver them to the business owner in the square and I also ordered a couple cookies on the side.Long story short, he resonated with my friend's loss of a pet provided a generous gesture of a scoop of ice cream to give along with the cookies. He totally didn't have to, but I will say that small act of kindness went a long way. My friend who loss her pet really appreciated the gesture and I told her to make sure they connect since they both work at the square.Thanks again for the kindness you've shared, and it's for that reason I had no problem leaving this 5 star review. Great location, great product and excellent customer service! Thank you for making someone's day with that simple act of kindness. Would give 0 stars if I could. The cookies were good but I could easily make the same quality at home. The main problem here was my delivery driver. I’ve never had an issue with someone finding my location. I shared my location with him as well as sent pictures. After he delivered my order he sent me a very rude and unprofessional message afterwards. This is my first and last time ordering from this place.I work in customer service myself and I would never speak to a paying/tipping customer this way.

First and last time buying these overpriced cookies! My little girl ordered the minis not knowing how tiny they actually were. For $10 you get a dozen tiny cookies the size of a ritz cracker . I get it, it’s implied ,minis but I imagined they would be just a little bigger. For $24.00 a dozen you get regular size but not sure those are any bigger. The cookies are ok. I’d stick to buying the already made cookie dough. Over priced for an okay cookie.

There is a worker there who has glasses and dark hair. Told me she couldn’t scoop ice cream because her wrist was hurt? Said her coworker didn’t have a good handlers license but was in the back working on cookies? Very rude with every question I asked. The cookies aren’t worth the service.

Placed an order with a delivery timeframe of 5-7pm finally at 8:01pm I received a text that my order was delivered. Called my daughter to confirm and no cookies! Apparently, driver delivered to a random address. I wish we could rate the cookies but unfortunately cookies were never received.

I didn't catch his name but one of the main managers was so sweet and helpful to me. I had an e-giftcard which I didn't know was only for online orders, but he showed me how to use it for a pick up order since I was already at the store. Didn't have to wait at all, hot, fresh, delicious vegan cookies! Easily my favorite treat spot in San Marcos!!
