The restaurant needs to be updated. Definitely showing wear. Our server Destiny was awesome! Give her a raise! Our food was pretty good, nothing to write home about, but it was ok . Service was really good they brought it out pretty quickly, even with our large group. Our glasses were never empty and even brought more chips out for the appetizers. All in all pretty good just need to spend some money updating the facilities.

My fiancé and I ordered dinner from here hoping for a quick and easy dinner, but that unfortunately turned into a mistake.The food we received was all cold, yet overcooked.. We ordered two different flavors of wings both of which came out with nearly no flavor and were rock hard. Maybe we’d get luck with the fries or cooking we ordered? Nope.. fries were all burnt, probably bottom of the fryer, and again cold. Cookie? No, not even room temp. Oh and rock hard again from being old. They were really on a roll there.In terms of service and atmosphere, my fiancé and I arrived a little bit before our order was ready. (Walked) So we stepped inside to wait, as you would in any other place. But from the moment we walked in, all of the employees that were on the to-go side seemed annoyed by the fact we were there.At least we got our food per the time it said??♂️

Worst wings I have ever tasted! Please save your money and avoid this business at all cost. The wings were over cooked and sauce less. Also, my fiancé was extremely I'll afterwards. Coming out both ends. Fries tasted like they cooked in grease that was 2 weeks old. It's was disgusting! Never ever ever again.

Quite possibly the WORST Chili’s experience I have ever had. And from the sounds of it, my table was not the only one. The ONLY bright light was our waiter who literally tried everything to make things right but when the cook staff apparently cared zero about customer service, there’s only so much that can be done. Issue 1: Queso was crusted over due to staying under the heating lights for so long. Issue 2: Almost zero food on the Triple Dipper appetizer. Issue 3: Chips were so stale they resembled cardboard. I’m sorry but not only will I never come back here, I highly recommend others stay away.

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

I DoorDashed this food and I’m not even going to blame them. I’m going to leave this review because I rarely DoorDash or even leave a review. But I’m do if to this because because this place is trash I could have made both boneless wings and fried the fries…..the fries were fine but cold and soggy not even crunchy I’ll get over that but the Lemon Pepper boneless wings were trash, they were cold and they just threw the seasoning on possibly while they were in the to go box is what it looked like. I tasted nothing but seasoning and it was gross I threw whole box away

So I just ordered through DoorDash because I was craving wings.. honesty one of the worst experiences. They were both supposed to be sauced wings and they came with literally a single drip of sauce in each container. I will never order from this place again! Everybody please stay away from this place!
