I practically had to yell into the speaker to get my order, and he couldn’t hear me at any time so I had to repeat my order 4 different times with long breaks in between. The food is good but the drive through needs to get some better workers, or a better speaker lol

I came in a couple of days ago and was given exceptional service by a young lady named Amy! She needs a raise!!! However, I noticed the hours changed which is awfully unsafe for your employees especially with all those drunk kids on the square!!! Amazing. I will not be returning until Jack in the Box starts to care about their employees safety!!! This is not okay!!!

The food is really good.
I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger. In the doggy bag, too many dipping sauces and tissues. ( good service)
But the attitude of the staff makes me feel angry.
I showed my order on my phone. The girl asked me to wait, but I saw my name on the bag. I told them this order and showed the bill on the phone. But they didn't believe, and I showed my name on the app
After that, they gave me the bag and didn't say anything. Just look at me - in the really weird way. At least, they should say something after misunderstanding with me?
Huh??????? I'm a customer to buy food, or I begged them to give me food?
This is the way the staff should be to customers?

The store is listed as 24 hours. But the employees will try to ignore you in hopes that you leave so they don't have to make your food then act frustrated when they finally do acknowledge your existence and make your order. I know fast food can be a rough job but this is just kind of ridiculous.

I will not be coming back it was way to hot in there it they take do long may be like 20 to 30 long and then a one of the workers was smoking in the back and then The lady decided to be a Karen and didn’t give me the bathroom key why do they even lock it then I had to ask the guy that was smoking to give me the bathroom key then they had a attitude

Half the time this place is closed for whatever reason and when it is open it's a pigsty dirty tables and the staff is too busy on their phones to even acknowledge customers and when they do see you they actively ignore you never coming back here again

It was orwellian. I mean I use the can tell when they've got all this paper signs that some manager posted on the window themselves that says no loitering inside or out even with food. But when I went inside I did not expect to see the menu board full of $15.99 11.99s and whatnot. The person at the counter actually looked up at the sign and said I'm sorry I know. I don't know who owns this or if it's still a franchise or what but if you would like to purchase a $1 taco a cheap hamburger, and you see this Jack in the box in San Marcos Texas, just realized that they think you are dumb enough to pay $15.99 or $12 for the same stuff. Amazing

I spent the time to read through the rest of the reviews today. You have to be amazed at the audacity of this company to have so many negative reviews saying the same thing and continue to use canned responses and a plea to please contact us directly instead of in public, because we are not going to do anything to change what is going on but we don't like the negative publicity. Whoever owns this joint, whoever is in charge of the public image of this company should shut this place down. Completely start over and hire somebody I guess from out of town to run it because they just display with the most arrogant disregard that they don't care about you and what you have to say about their company they just have some excuses and apologies and a plead of please do it in private. If I was the public relations person or representative this company I would wonder if I could ever get a job anywhere else.

If there was any doubt that they don't give one portion of a damn what you think about the way they treat you or anybody else that comes trying to give them money for their food so they can survive. Look at their response. Generated by a bot and absolutely no sincerity or truth or get right in it. If you value how a business thinks about the way you spend your money at their joint, go right over to the Taco Bell it's right across the street they are nice as can be. Or find somewhere else to eat until this place deservedly goes under and is replaced
