4 monster tacos(no lettuce or sauce, #4 large combo(no mustard add pickles and onions), Two value menu tacos, kids chicken nugget combo, Sauced & Loaded Mini Tacos(no lettuce or sauce extra cheese), Chicken Club Ranch Sandwich(no lettuce or tomato). My order not only took way longer than expected, but it was completely inaccurate and requests were completely ignored despite having food allergies & dietary restrictions. They also were not answering the phone(s) and voicemail is full, so there was no way to contact a manager other than to drive back to the location.

Wow! I went 10/11/25 around 10:30pm & the food was amazing! Great quick drive thru service & nice drive thru team member. Literally every food item was fresh and I was not waiting long. This location has definitely been turnjng around for the better!

This establishment has got to be the most disgusting place in San Marcos Tx. The dinning room is filthy and nasty. Tables and chairs are so gross, stuff smeared all over them. The windows and front door are so smeared with who knows what. We watched them using their phones, and handling money, then turn around and touch the food with their bare hands, not washing nor using gloves. Watched them open hash brown bags with bare (dirty) hands and then place food in them. When asked to remake food because they touched with bare hands, they seemed to get attitudes. A lady in a red shirt (possibly a manager) was also messing with the food with bare hands. Only 1 Spanish lady preparing food used gloves and changed them often, as you are supposed to do. We will NEVER eat anything from this establishment again, and I DO NOT recommend anyone else to either. Nasty, NASTY, Nasty!!

One thing I can say is that my food was cooked fresh but the service was absolutely horrendous there were so many people waiting in line inside the last people that walked in are the first people to get their food and then there's just like eight people waiting for like 45 minutes to get their food it was ridiculous. Based on my wait time I will never come here again. And also the fact that there's people waiting for close to an hour but the people that ordered last get their food first is also completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Forgot to put bacon on the burger. Ordered loaded mini tacos and got plain mini tacos with no kind of hot sauce or anything. The person in the drive through sounded like they were having a hard time taking orders.

The person at the drive-thru mistakenly took our order. We went inside to rectify the situation. The manager on duty publicly berated the individual who took our order. Itās unacceptable for management to yell at employees in front of customers. This incident occurred around 6:40 pm.
