I want to inform people about the manager by the name Gerardo even if it is the same person i'm complaining about. I went into the restaurant on Saturday September 13th around 10 minutes before 11 am. I went to go pick up an order but he told me that it will take 30 minutes i can go or stay if i wanted to. The way he told me with his hands and the tone of his voice how he said it. I didn't appreciate it. I told him that he was rude and he heard me when i said that comment. And his response was I'm rude. I told him back that he was. And that he has an attitude and he goes i have an attitude. He said I DO have an attitude. The manager did other stuff that wasn't professional. But i won't say more. But that he is fake. I will definitely be reporting him.

Had to wait to order a to go order because the cashier was complaining about not getting a break. I understand that breaks are needed, but someone could have taken my order. The tray they gave me was visibly dirty and sticky. Asked for a clean one and they wiped it off with a dirty rag and handed it back to me. Their customer service has been going down for the last couple years. Most of the salad bar was fresh and tasty.

I have been to this store before and it's always a great experience. Today I put an order to be picked up tomorrow and spoke to miss Ashley. She was absolutely amazing on the phone. She was patient, welcoming, and professional. She helped me with my order even though it took a minute because of my behalf. She was professional and patient with me. You have an excellent employee in your store!

Let me start off with I've ordered from here a few times and they have been great!!! However, this last time would leave anyone regretting spending money here. I usually order the muffaletta full size and portion it out for a few meals. They have always been well worth the money. This time was subpar at best. Barely any meat and sloppily put together. im sad I wasted money on such a pitiful sandwich. However the corn and black bean salad was great. They need to step their game back up honestly.
Came to have lunch and ordered a California club that was $12.99 and salad bar, the sandwich was lacking protein and very small. When I brought it up to the employee to show him there was hardly any meat, he immediately gave me an attitude. I go back to my table and he stares at me from across the restaurant and proceeds to talk about me to the other employees. Because of that I wanted a refund and the manager decided to argue with me just as bad as the employee did, showing his maturity as a manager made me refund the salad bar as well. Will never be coming to Jason Deli again.

I've been in this area several times and never noticed this place. My coworker brought me here for lunch, and I was absolutely happy with that choice.
I had half a Club Royale with a bowl of soup. It came with another extra side and I chose the fruit.
To say the food was good would be an understatement. It was absolutely amazing. The broccoli cheese soup was some of the best I've ever had. The sandwich was also on the top of the list of food that I would go out of my way to eat.
If you have e bever been, you need to go, but be prepared for the wait. The food is that good.
