I had a chili cheese burger, and my wife had a classic cheese burger, and we both had fries. The food did not disappoint. The food was made to order, the buns were just as good. The establishment is an older Jimmy John's but fits the tone they are going for. We will definitely be back often for our budget fix.
Outstanding hot dog! Why go to a steak house when I can have a Jax hot dog? The service was amazing!

We ordered the classic cheese burger.My burger was tasty and juicy. My wife’s burger didn’t have any spice on it. The regular fries were good. I didn’t care for the Cajun fries. It was cold in the restaurant. The tables and benches slid a bunch on the tile floors. It was clean and the employees were nice.

Stopped by being in the area and needed something for lunch. No wait and quick delivery of food to the table. Everything was delicious especially the Cajun fries. Tried a new lemonade drink that was really good as well. I can highly recommend you try this place for a good burger and fries.

I saw the ad on Facebook and wanted to try the burgers but never stopped by. Finally, I did. Food made to order, lots of fries, burger was delish. Great atmosphere. The young lady who took my order greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. I will be going back again. 5 stars plus.

Very laid back place. My san marcos local parents brought me and my husband here while visiting for the holidays. Jaxs is one of the best burgers we have had in years. We travel NC, SC, GA, AL, and TX, we couldn't find another burger and fries that compares. I only wish this place was open while I was at TXST.
