I came into the store on Saturday night right before they closed and there were 2 ladies there. The one who took my order was very nice and helpful since I had never been here before and she made conversation and made me feel welcomed even though I came in so late. The other lady made my sandwich and it was really fast and when I got home the sandwich was made perfectly! The best customer service experience I have ever had! Will definitely be coming back!

Had to delete my 1 star review and upgrade to a 5 star! I had an unresolved issue with a previous order, but thankfully new management has since taken over. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Sam took matters into her own hands and resolved the issue effectively and efficiently. I am looking forward to many more future visits, if this is the kind of customer service I can look forward to. I don't know why it's acceptable for us to wait 20-30* minutes* for an order placed through the app. We literally live across the street but we wait* like ten minutes so it will be for sure ready right ? They don't start it until we walk in. .. then the 20/30 min wait for TWO sandwiches. While 3 separate customers walk in and grab their orders placed ahead of time.
Weve never been rude or placed and crazy orders. In fact we used to work at Firehouse subs when it was good. We know how it should work. A 20/30 min wait time is unacceptable.

I usually like this Jimmy John’s, and this is the nearest one, but this time I went was very disappointing. They closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to and the girl was mopping… it’s 8:27pm and yalls hours say open until 9pm

I called location here in San Marcos, multiple times I was told to hold multiple times. Never did someone answer. Then I tired calling again NOT one person answered. How does this place stay in business? Never will I try getting a sandwich from this place.

I am new to SM. I've been to this location 2xs now and both times they Pad my order to a larger Size or like today I ordered original combo for 10.95. At the window it was nearly 16.00. They up the Size and said my choice of untrusted did not qualify for the combo. I won't go back. Last time it was 15.00 Anda 1/2 portion of potato salad and larger sub.

I ordered pick up. Veggie sandwich, no avocado spread(I’m allergic to avocado, not deathly, but still allergic,) add pickles. I bit in to it and opened it up. This is what I got, and that’s with me scraping the avocado spread off that was in my lettuce. No pickles. This location is my go to and usually on point. But not this time, not this time. Now I have to spend more money for lunch today.

I ordered a turkey club and there was literally 1 slice of turkey, a little bacon, 2 small tomato slices and a little lettuce. What a ripoff. I will certainly not be going there again.

Lot of attitude for the inconvenience of me ordering a sandwich. If the job is so bad, I'm not sure why you would work there. Didn't think I was asking a lot by placing an order when im the only inside. Unfortunately, customer service seems non-existent these days.
