We were in the area and decided to pass a brief moment to drink some shakes since we had heard about Johnny Rockets, but we never tried before, due to the heat the only thing we wished at the moment was something refreshing.
We were assisted by MARISSA, and when we ordered, she asked condescending if it was only that ( it seems like you are not welcome if you are not going to ask for a big order) we have to waited a lot for just a couple of shakes, and then we didn't even finished our shakes (it was like 6 minutes after she gave us the shakes) when Marissa came with the invoice, basically inviting us to leave. I would like to mention that this was around 3 pm and the place was empty.
Not all was bad, the shakes were delicious, refreshing, and exactly what we needed being overwhelmed by the heat, and the price are not expensive. However, the bad experience with the service, plus the place was not clean, makes us never want to visit that place again, and not recommend to anyone.

I don’t even know how this place has 1 decent review. It’s absolutely disgusting inside! It needs a serious health department inspection. First our waitress tries to sit us at a booth that is covered in filth & a puddle of dirty water under the table and in front of it. She tries to tell us to watch our step cause the floor is wet & hasn’t dried yet. It looked like someone had vomited all of the floor. I had to ask to be sat somewhere cleaner. We sit on the other side of the restaurant. Then she brings me a filthy booster seat for my baby. I look around and see the floor is just filthy all over! My kids are starving, I’m doing my best to push thru while also fearing the regret of food poisoning in my future. The waitress brings our burgers & before she even puts it down I see a big hair on my burger. I tried to tell her but she literally rushed off. I got up and handed her the plate back, got my children & left. Very disappointing when you’re glad to have fast food over that nightmare.

They take too long to serve, over an hour for two burgers. If it were full, I'd believe it, but it isn't. Terrible service. There should be more active people working.

Reception is very bad. There are 4 vacant tables and you will be asked to wait outside under a scorching heat. They don’t mind even if you physically disabled. Very bad policy and bad customer service

Went for a quick lunch and spent $80 not including tip. Was not impressed. Small portion sizes. Food is just ok. Everything is a la carte. Burgers are $10 plus the cost of cheese plus the cost of fries. $7 for a shake for that is small and watery with lumps in. Kids meal $10 for a small hot dog tht is cut in half and small portion of fries, and a few dollars more for his shake. My BLT was supposed to be sourdough but it really just tasted like generic over processed texas toast, did not look or taste like sourdough at all. Service was OK, just not friendly or quick at all. Bathrooms were gross and I had to go get toilet paper for my kids because they didn't have any in the mens restroom and servers would never take any in there. Nothing about our experience gave any hope for a second return.

Although the food is delicious, the service is terrible. It took them an hour to give us a table, and there were several unoccupied ones, it took them a while to take our order and longer to serve us, many empty and dirty tables, many people waiting
