Well....other than the management being POORLY prepared for a busyNIGHT, the food was quite good. My experience here in the past has not been great, but I think, due to the busyness of the evening, the chicken came out fresh & hot! The cole slaw was good and the fries were also good! I suspect I will try again...hopefully it will be just as good...with better service!

With signs posted on the door, there was only drive thru services. because we wanted to dine in, we left and went next door. Unfortunate that even the employee who saw us at the door said nothing.

I didn’t want give 1 star cause service n customer service was horrible lack of manners to customers also and no condiments in the lobby definitely need stock the lobby fix the fountain drinks and definitely need more people working maybe it’ll help the place out n I use work at fast foods so I definitely know the stress of low staffing but at the end of the day it’s still open busy n needs be stocked n look in good condition n definitely no A/C super stuffy in the lobby

Workers don’t want to make food past 9 pm. They close lobby, wait out the clock standing around laughing at customers and saying there’s no food at all. 8 workers but no food? Open til 11pm mind you…

Made an online order 2 hours before the store closed, online told me that my order was ready for pick up. Get to the store and they tell me that they have absolutely nothing that was on my order ready and they already turned the ovens off. How does a restaurant turn off their ovens 2 hours before they close and then not inform me that none of my order would be cooked?? Also they could not refund my money, I had to call the 1800 number and now have to wait 72 hours for a refund. Drove 45 minutes to pick up food on my way home and now we have nothing.

No one in restaurant...should have been the hint...Manager and employees are very rude. Food could be much better, but no one cares. I'm guessing 1 year this location will be closed!
