Made an online order 2 hours before the store closed, online told me that my order was ready for pick up. Get to the store and they tell me that they have absolutely nothing that was on my order ready and they already turned the ovens off. How does a restaurant turn off their ovens 2 hours before they close and then not inform me that none of my order would be cooked?? Also they could not refund my money, I had to call the 1800 number and now have to wait 72 hours for a refund. Drove 45 minutes to pick up food on my way home and now we have nothing.

The chicken was great as usual, but unfortunately they took a long time to mess up the order,we didn't get any of the sides that were ordered, we ordered online for store pickup and it wasn't busy at all. But when we got home and the boxes that we thought were the side dishes, it was extra chicken instead. I can understand how this can happen if it's busy and you have no help,but that wasn't the case at all,maybe they were just having a bad day.

I ordered in the app. I was told when I arrived to pick up my food that they were out of mac n cheese and no longer sell the sauce used to make Korean BBQ. Literally, they had nothing I ordered.
Irritating situation but, because I’m not a Karen, I let it roll off and chose kindness. The person who helped me with my order — a manager, I think — hooked me up with sammies and nuggies worth considerably more than I paid.
TL;DR: The chicken is always good. But…. if you have Karen tendencies, this place might not be for you.

8 piece crispy & the chicken was tough & coating tasted like rancid oil & was overcooked. Very disappointing meal. We did like the coleslaw.

Counter person was friendly but we got the food home chicken was brunt or the oil was very old. Worst KFC ever!
The chicken is disgusting, it tastes like they never cleaned the oil, the staff is very rude, bad service in general and terrible food.

I had chicken finger meal and the chicken didn’t look or taste like KFC typical extra crispy batter. Instead it looked and tasted like every other restaurant selling chicken fingers like DQ. No wonder KfC restaurants are dropping like flies. Another example of a great product lost. I won’t be going back.
