Well....other than the management being POORLY prepared for a busyNIGHT, the food was quite good. My experience here in the past has not been great, but I think, due to the busyness of the evening, the chicken came out fresh & hot! The cole slaw was good and the fries were also good! I suspect I will try again...hopefully it will be just as good...with better service!

The chicken was great as usual, but unfortunately they took a long time to mess up the order,we didn't get any of the sides that were ordered, we ordered online for store pickup and it wasn't busy at all. But when we got home and the boxes that we thought were the side dishes, it was extra chicken instead. I can understand how this can happen if it's busy and you have no help,but that wasn't the case at all,maybe they were just having a bad day.

I ordered in the app. I was told when I arrived to pick up my food that they were out of mac n cheese and no longer sell the sauce used to make Korean BBQ. Literally, they had nothing I ordered.

Irritating situation but, because I’m not a Karen, I let it roll off and chose kindness. The person who helped me with my order — a manager, I think — hooked me up with sammies and nuggies worth considerably more than I paid.
