Little Caesars Pizza

Every time I come in it’s the same bad attitude employee. She seems to purposely go slower and offended as people come through the door. Clearly visible pizzas out in the open getting cold while she takes orders on the phone. Shouldn’t have to deal with melodrama just to get a pizza. Ridiculous.

So like for some reason the pretzel crust is a scam?? We got a pretzel crust, paid the extra two dollars for it..and it didn't come with it being a pretzel crust?? Apparently, the only difference is the pretzel crust is butter and salt. We went back to the restaurant and they didn't do anything other than tell us that the pretzel crust is the same as the regular crust. So...why is the picture different?? Make it make sense. I guess Little Caesar's has gotten a little lazy. :/

Ordered a stuffed crust peperroni pizza online when I arrived i was told they didn't have stuffed crust and could only offer me a regular crust pizza whats the point of offering something online (and paying more for it!) if you cant deliver in person smh didn't even offer me a discount

Employees there are extremely rude(especially the girl with red hair). She can’t respond in a nice manner she acted of my presence was bothering her. I don’t know her. She also proceeded to toss my food over the counter to me and couldn’t hand it or place it on the counter like a mature person. She has real issues and should be taught to be at least somewhat bearable to have an interaction with even as little as an online order pickup.

Shout out to Marco for the wonderful customer service. I was not looked at at all and he had an attitude for no apparent reason. Inefficient and disrespectful. Threw the food on the counter instead of handing it to me. Uttered little no words.

Cannot believe how incredibly Moo was to all ten customers waiting for their pizzas for over an hour and a half! She was yelling at employees, dismissing customers and disappearing from the front counter. She was snapping at customers, not answering questions and dropping pizza pans ON THE FLOOR! This service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I will never order from here again and Moo needs to be sent to customer service training!!!

Not sure why but they didn't put toppings in the center of one pizza. And both were well undercooked and flat.

Your employees should be wearing gloves not touching the food with their bare hands ESPECIALLY when they are wiping their nose and then touching food again that’s gross I would never want someone dirty hands on my food when it isn’t clean !!!!!!!!!

Pizzas were great

I came in for a slice n stix and I asked the lady not to add tomato sauce in the pizza slice. She didn't know how to mark down so she called her manager and she said she couldn't modify the order because the computer had to charge it. I told her that is fine just don't add the sauce. She said she had to because the pizza came that way. Well are they premade or you have to do it. Her response was we make it from the start. I said well then skip the sauce. Right away no sir I have to add the sauce because the computer already charges for it. Sorry but no respect for the customer. So I asked her if can add more ingredients and she said right away it was an extra Charge. So I told her I thought you couldn't modify it. She just walked away. I have ordered this way in different cities and in three different states. But not in San Marcos. And it is not about the price.

They acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. We got our order taken within 2 minutes, and we had the order ready within 10 minutes. Good atmosphere and nice employees, unlike the other Little Ceasars.
