These are by far the best tacos I’ve had since moving to Texas years ago! The al pastor was perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and fresh. The service was friendly and fast. The food was served very hot and fresh. The house made salsas added the perfect touch. The tortillas are fresh. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. If you’re local it’s your new destination place, better than most restaurants in the area! Out front of Middleton brewery a wonderful friendly atmosphere to hang out and enjoy your food. Very reasonable priced for the quality and portions.

Literally found a unicorn in the middle of nowhere! Don't let the taco trailer fool you, the food here is delicious! I had the birria quesadilla, pastor tacos, and the steak and cheese nachos. And its right next door to a Brewery, so you definitely can't go wrong.

Best Al Pastor I’ve had in… maybe ever! Perfectly placed food truck next to really nice craft brewery/bar, who encourages you to bring the food inside their pace and enjoy a tasty beverage.

I haven't had Birria quesadillas in a very very very long time. These where so delicious I was brought back to Mexico. I highly recommend Los Sancho for it's enjoyable employees and tasty food. Also don't forget the Mexican Coke.
