It has been 9 years since we've been back to San Marcos, and was hoping Lucy's food truck was still there by the river. SO happy it was, and her food was just as great or even better, since it had been so long. Wish we could get her to move to Florida. Lol. A must go to, as all the college students know.PS, I always get the chorizo burrito, so spicy and good.

Conveniently right across from Strahan Arena at TSU! Tiny little taco truck with big flavor. Quesadillas were so cheesy and flavorful. Worth every penny. The wait for the freshness of the food is worth it!
We were looking for a taco spot that was open on Christmas. Luckily we found Lucy's Tacos! The owner was very sweet and kind! The food was also delicious. We ordered the chilaquiles verdes with carne asada, a sausage egg and cheese taco, and a carne asada taco. The green sauce is a little spicy but is so good! It was made fresh so there was a little wait but was worth it! My mouth was watering as I could smell the meat being freshly cooked. Honestly, I will be going back to eat there and am so happy I found a new taco spot in San Marcos!

I small, hidden food truck next to a shady smoke shop but they have incredible, authentic tacos. I got the lunch taco set: two beef fajitas and one al pastor. Upon ordering, she asked me to wait 7min for it to be ready, so you know it’s freshly made. It was very filling and priced reasonably. I will no doubt come back on my next visit to San Marcos.

Stopped by to try out the tacos for lunch one day. I got the beef fajita and my coworker got the al pastor. Besides being a little bland they were good overall. The salsa was good but a bit spicy. The lemonade, let me tell you, was awesome. She fresh made it and it was very refreshing on the hot summer day. Definitely stop by and give this place a try. 9/10 must recommend.
Tacos Al Pastor are the best. Definitely recommend her food

A true gem. The Al pastor is absolutely delicious! Drove all the way out from SATX for a day trip and made a pit stop for some tacos. Don't pass this place up. Will definitely return.

Me and my boyfriend spent over 40 dollars at this taco truck. We were very disappointed in the food. My boyfriend got 2 chicharron tortas and couldn't even finish them because they were so gross and he eats everything! I got pastor tacos and it was just dry and unappetizing. First time going and was throughly disappointed.
