Quality of food is great but concerned about an employee by the name Sydney she seemed unprofessional and was talking poorly to other employees both times I have came to eat .

We visit your location a few Sundays a month and today your potato soup that is almost $6 for a cup was completely watered down with four or five potatoes at the bottom of the cup. I returned it for broccoli cheese soup and it was watered down as well. Then we realized that my mother 's salad dressing was watered down... What is going on? And the pickles? The pickles? You took a dill pickle spear and literally sliced it in half... The pickle Spears were small enough come up why are you cutting corners like this? My purchase today was $27 for two people who got water as their beverage... You can't charge this much for a subpar product, I should have asked for a refund, But I am not going to go call Karen on them... I just hope they can do better and definitely stop this watered-down business because the last time I was there it was nothing like this and it affected all three of our plates!

Great food…. When it’s great. This place is VERY inconsistent with their proportions. I always get the chicken Caesar wrap , nothing else. It’s NEVER the same thing. It’s either really full or just completely empty.

Bought a club wrap and found a lot of deli paper (presumably from the cheese?) throughout the wrap. Brought to the employees attention and they just said "Oh it's probably just the sticker." And that was that. I would think they would at least take care of the meal or notify the kitchen to be more careful.
