Food is good and quick as expected. But Brady the manager at night sucks. He left a customer waiting to order for 20 mins all beautiful he didnt want to find someone who speaks Spanish to help him. I had to raise my voice and another worker had to tell him to find someone. I get they are short staffed but he shouldn't be acting like that as a manager.

Very disappointing experience. I came through the drive-thru around 12:30am and tried both lanes, but no one ever took my order. I waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes with no response at all, even though the cars in front of me were clearly able to place their orders and move on. Being completely ignored like that is frustrating and unacceptable. I ended up leaving without ordering. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

The hispanic lady manger she gets things done. And everything seems to run smoothly whenever she is working. We have gone other times and it has been chaos. We try and go only when she is working.

I ordered through the mobile app just to be informed 20 minuets later after sitting at the microphone in the drive through to be informed that they were not accepting orders. Not only is this poor customer service, but this is poor business management. The standard should be to inform the customer of the accurate times of placing orders to prevent these events from happening - when instead their money is taken just for them to be told to request a refund within the app. I am not only frustrated but disappointed in the lack of customer service that McDonalds has to offer, and it makes me question if I will go back again.

They were really busy so I placed an order on the app. Of the things I bought, the grinch fires were just normal fries and the McFlurry wasn’t available. Instead of giving me a refund, I was told that it just wasn’t available. All this after, I waited at the pay window because they couldn’t find my order. After a rough day at work, this is the last thing I wanted to deal with

Always so slow
I went in yesterday to get 2 happy meals and I had to wait 10 mins. It wasn't quite lunch. The lady who helped me was nice. I wish I got her name. She was hispanic with glasses.
She was nice to every customer. I was impressed. I go to the other McDonald's and those people are not nice. So thank you for being nice to the customers.

McDonald's food used to be my favorite. The food is horrible and drinks taste gross. The customer service is the worst and it doesn't matter which one you dine at, the employees have bad customer service skills. Please McDonald's, fix it.

Very kind staff. Management was helping team and serving customers. Glad to see management supporting team when short staffed. Staff was was working hard and gave me my food surprisingly fresh. Would recommend!
