Terrible service, you say it's for eating there and they don't bring it to the table, they don't give you napkins or glasses for drinks, you have to ask for everything, the order was delayed and they put it on the counter and they don't even call

I’m so happy I don’t live here.I wait in the line for 20 mins before they even helped me because they were too worried about the drive thru drivers .Im sure they know ppl in the front lobby are important as well .ok I ordered 2 number 6 and the lady only ringed up 1 and I was using a QR code so I really didn’t even get a discount an then I had to wait again to reorder for the other number 6 an I had to also wait another 10 mins for hash browns . They need more employees because there too slow .

I guess the restaurant manager Mary doesn't give a crap anymore my Home style meal was disgusting,that meat patty was hours old I ate part of it,hoping I don't get sick
They advertise 24 hours, so my husband & I stopped in at 3:45 am as we are leaving for a road trip. We are hauling a camper trailer so drive thru wasn't an option. My husband walked inside since the door was unlocked and the lights were on - they refused him service and said it's drive thru only. He explained he can't go through the drive thru because of the camper and they still said they wouldn't help him. He was already inside and clearly had no other choice. Maybe lock the doors and give some kind of indication that there's no café service before wasting people's time. It would've taken 5 minutes to get him taken care of and out the door. So unbelievably rude
