Ordered mcdonalds through door dash today from this group. They didnt give me a straw for my drink so i cant drink that. I wanted the spicy buffalo sauce and the sweet and sour sauce, they gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for, and for some reason, gave me 2 small bags of fries when i only asked for one. Not at all happy, especially about the fact that i cant drink my soda. Texhnically i can, but only on break and thats not a long break.

Very clean place. Quiet. Fast and well made food. Diverse and friendly staff, I get along with them really well. No difference in their mood and performance between front and back of house, a rare trait. Love this mickey's.

I am done done after today. I understand the Grinch Meal and socks promotion made the restaurant busier, so I expected delays. Still, I waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told after almost an hour that they were out of Big Macs and I needed to go inside to change my order after disagree with staff I stayed in line. When I finally got to the second window, my order was completely wrong, and the staff seemed rushed, disorganized and rude. I was also there for the socks promotion, but after all the waiting and confusion, I was told they were out of socks as well. I’ve tried giving this location many chances, but after today, I’m officially done going to this McDonald’s. I’m genuinely excited for the new McDonald’s opening at Wonder World and hope the experience there will be much better.

Quick comfort food for hungry Americans! My consistent disappointment is the habit of team members to ignore whether the order is carryout or dine-in. In this case, I ordered to dine in and indicated my tent number for table delivery. After waiting and waiting and waiting, I finally walked to the service counter to find my order bagged up and waiting for pickup. This oversight occurs way too often . . . at this store and many others. McMindless minions ministering to millions with McMediocre customer service.

Ridiculously slow. Drive thru had about 12 cars ahead of me and that took just under 30 minutes to order, another 12 after that to receive my meal. Would've been faster to sit down and have meal at a real restaurant. Get it together.

Ordered a big breakfast WITH pancakes obviously… and when received there were no pancakes found. I went in to question if I can get pancakes that come with meal, and manager was trying to gaslight me saying it was ordered w/o pancakes. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Drive thru can't get orders right and don't listen to the customer, overcharged me for a value meal. Got an egg mcmuffin and the egg tasted strange, looking at it makes me sick. Green eggs? This McDonald's is a huge no!
