This Mc Donald’s is the worst. Every time my son and I eat inside, we always order to eat there but every time they put our food in a to go bag and never a tray. When I order at the kiosk, it always ask for a table number. I don’t know for what reason because they always call my number for me to go get it instead of bringing it to us. Every time I go to the one on 123, which is seldom since it’s a further drive, it’s been pleasant. But after yesterday, I will no longer go to this location. Save you the headache and don’t go to this location. It’s been like this for awhile so I guess the regional manager doesn’t care at all since there’s been complaints. Oh and their ice cream machine is down 90% of the time!

Definitely just gave me food that was sitting there for who knows how long. I got 1 burger and unwrapped it less than 30 seconds after pulling out of the driveway and onto the highway. You even had me sit there longer than it would have taken you to make my food! ?

So I'm sitting here doing some work on my computer eating a breakfast burrito and I can't help but notice how the employees are at this McDonald's! It's a bit busy but not crazy, I've been to other McDonald's where it's not busy but the atmosphere aucks! I came in and already was having an interesting start to my day and the lady that took my order smiled genuinely and made me feel like a person. She asked about my day and it made a huge difference. As I sit working on my laptop I can hear them in the background just being polite to each other. A door dasher lady came in and asked for her order and a different lady gave her an update and even offered her water! McDonald's has a bad rap in general but this one is the way it's supposed to be. Everyone seemed to be happy to be here. I will be back to do my work while having a bite again because the atmosphere was that special! Yall rock ladies! #faithinhumanityrestored

Pre-ordered on app. I opted to go through the drive-thru. Quick, easy, great quarter pounder with cheese, and still the best fries around. And 2 chocolate chip cookies.

Placed a mobile order for a chicken sandwich and waited 20 minutes at second drive through window saw five cars served before me with clearly more than just a sandwich and fries. Never got my food ended up just having to leave without getting

Politely asked for fresh fries. I guess that was the wrong thing to do. Manager was very rude and unapologetic after we received redipped and burnt fries. Terrible service go anywhere else, but here. The staff is obviously very lazy and does not take pride in their jobs. It reflects in the food/service. Sad. Go to whataburger or zaxbys next door instead.
