ONE STAR! I tried to place a order and the person taking my order was like "Stop calling me I have u on speed dial stop calling or IMA call the cops!" And I let my daughter place a order and this woman yelled at my 9 year old daughter worst place!

They must be running low on condiments, I got a large meal and asked for salt, Pepper and Ketchup ( 1 salt, 1 pepper and 3 Ketchups), and he acted like I was bothering him.

If you go through the drive thru, you will ALWAYS be asked to pull to the side. And the food will STILL come out cold and wrong.

Easily the most poorly run McDonald’s in the area. Used to be hit or miss, now it’s just bad.

I ordered dine in and they never actually gave me my food. It was just sitting up at the counter. Then my kids wanted ice cream and same thing with those. They were melting at the counter. And the staff was incredibly rude.

Employees are unbelievably rude. The last time I went I was charged for the wrong thing even after correcting the employee on what I actually ordered. When he realized he messed up, he began to scream at the top of his lung for a manager. During all of this he was making rude comments asking if I had even ordered at the menu. I did. And this wasn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with a rude employee. Another time I went, I was told to go and wait in a curbside parking spot and waited there for 30 minutes for an iced caramel macchiato. It wasn’t until I called the store asking for an update that someone came out asking if we wanted anything else because their machine wasn’t working. The employees were nice that time but why did they send me to a parking spot to be forgotten about instead of being told at the window or the menu that they couldn’t do a macchiato at that time.

Went through drive through for a happy meal for my granddaughter they forgot half the meal double fry’s and the apples we had got food from another restaurant n we had to go back they were rude and said no refund after we were told on the phone they would it’s not the money it’s the ugly attitude and the disrespect they need new management all the money we spend we expect friendliness especially when they made the mistake n then to be rude on top adds insult

Customer service at night is horrible they’re not focused and messed up on my order. I called to complain and explain them that I need the food in order for me to get in my medication they hung up on me.

this place is lucky i love mcdonald’s food cuz i placed an online order and waited 10 MINUTES on curbside so i walked in and talked to a very rude lady who said our food wasn’t ready. after another 10 minutes, i demanded my food and it had been sitting there in the back the whole time. then a lady started an argument with me and the food was cold. NONE OF THIS WOULDVE HAPPENED IF YOU WERENT LAZY AND JUST WALKED OUTSIDE TO DELIVER THE ORDER!!

I recently visited McDonald's for a late-night craving, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service was. Despite the late hour, the staff was efficient and had my order ready in no time.

However, I did have a slight issue with my Big Mac. It seemed overloaded with lettuce and sauce, which overwhelmed the classic flavors I was hoping for. While I appreciate a generous serving, this was a bit much for my taste.

Overall, the speedy service was a highlight, but I’d recommend keeping the toppings in check for a better balance.
