I have been getting my live crawfish from OMG for years but after this weekend I will never go back. I preordered 60lbs of crawfish for Sunday. I had a ton of people coming over for a huge crawfish boil memorial weekend. We show up at 11am Sunday morning and about 15 min after they are supposed to open a lady shows up and then she says they ran out of crawfish the day before and someone should have called me. No one called me and she had my contact info and order right in front of her. Then she proceeds to talk about the management and how horrible it is and how she won’t be working there much longer. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a business. We won’t ever be back!

Crawfish was terrible..dry old. Must have been cooked days before..Terrible exlerience. place was dirty. City needs to visit the place. I would NOT recommend. Plz avoid. It needs to be sbut down immediately. @cityofSanmarcos

the boiled seafood is disgusting. i spent 50 dollars for 3lbs of crawfish and the platter 1 and everything was overcooked. the crawfish were rubbery and fell apart before the shell was off. they were also dirty and the overall flavor was lacking. the corn was the best thing about my meal.

Food was good besides patoes and corn amd sausage wernt cooked all the way .. ,and when u dine in for crab legs bring ur own crab crackers ,would like to speak to the owner for a partial refund .but over all the food had flavor shrimp and craw fish was good

The crawfish literally smelt and tasted so bad. It was literally black on the inside in ALL of the 2 lbs of crawfish I got. It was honestly terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Literally never had food that was so disgusting. First of all, it stinks so bad, I’ve never been in a restaurant that smelt so disgusting. Like it’s beyond disgusting. And then the boiled crawfish tasted like they just dipped it in swamp water and served it. The shrimp wasn’t any better and there’s no flavor or seasoning at all. As a Houston girlie I’m like appalled by the seafood here.
So I went try these guys out tonight . I must say that I wasn't pleased with the crawfish. For one the crawfish was all dead soft an soggy! It had a weird old smell to it . I'm aware of the time that I went but to say that these are fresh crawfish is insane ! The water was dirty like they have never purged the crawfish . Also serving the food in Ziplock bags is very unprofessional. To each & own everyone has their own preference on crawfish and I'm from Louisiana & I must say this is not LOUISIANA style crawfish ! The guy was nice enough to refund our money for the inconvenience ....

We bought 32 pounds of crawfish today and called because about 7 pounds of them were dead when the man answered he goes you can bag them all (32 pounds) back up and get a refund and I won’t sell you anymore. It was extremely rude and unprofessional I don’t recommend this business

Hats off to the very friendly, enthusiastic young lady at the front counter today. Very polite and respectful. Keep that energy. We need more of that these days. Thanks to the cook for the lovely fresh mud bugs.
