Food is great. Price for a medium or large pizza could be better. Cashiers are alright. Not really my to go place but it was closest pizza place to dine in at near Walmart and were open till 10-11pm

I came in to pick up a pizza for the family. Although I did not dine in, the place was very clean and the service was excellent. They also support the bobcats! As a Texas State Alumni, I will definitely be coming back! #gobobcats

I ordered online and put a 5.00 tip, you guys got a door dasher to deliver upon the receipt it says "driver gratuity not added" I really hope you gave the driver his tip, I have the online receipt to show it was added on my end.
Don't order from pizza hut they screw up your order and say you ordered it. All I wanted was the order fixed. I guess I starve.

Pizza Hut, do yourself a favor and reevaluate who you put in managerial position, until then, I will take my money to Dominos, where they at least know how to smile and serve me what’s on the menu instead of an attitude!!

I came in hoping for pizza, not attitude, but apparently, customer service isn’t on the menu here. It’s clear the manager has zero clue how to manage a restaurant or deal with customers. The staff seemed miserable too, probably because they have to work under such a terrible manager I believe his name was Ray. If this is the kind of person Pizza Hut thinks should represent their brand, they’re seriously out of touch.
Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This location is a joke and so is the manager, buddy: at 5’4”, you’re not standing above much of anything.

Well we are big fans of pizza. When we received our delivery order we were very upset. The pizza was cold and tasted like it was sitting there the whole hour it took for delivery. The chicken Alfredo was dry and cold as well. The bread sticks were the only food that was warm. I hate writing bad reviews but hopefully my next visit will be better.

Very disappointed with customer service when I called to order. Basically got yelled at whíle trying to order saying the pizza was going to be just cheese if I didnt tell him what to put on it when it was my first time trying to order a pizza that had the ingredients already on it .... I don't do good when people get upset with me especially when it's my first time and just had me shook. I hung up and was truly an uncomfortable experience. Idk who they hire but they need to teach them manners and customer service etiquette
