So my girlfriend and I showed up at pluckers between 10:55 PM to 11:02 PM we walked in and we waited. Nobody was in the front as we waited longer. A waitress saw us did not do anything. Another worker walked by and nobody even bothered to help us so we decided to leave and go down the street to urban chicken, which by the way is fantastic But the service over at pluckers was unfortunately horrible. I understand that there’s one hour till close, but there is no reason for employees there to ignore customers, especially since this was my first time walking into an establishment of pluggers, but trust me, I will never step foot in that establishment ever again

Shay was our server this afternoon and was so great! She let us try all the flavors we wanted and was super sweet. We are gonna come back to have her as our server every week now hahaha.
