Ordered online at 4:30pm and said order would be ready by 4:50. I arrive around then and was given the wrong order at first so had to go back to get mine. Then, I was told my order was not ready and that they were out of an item I ordered. I substituted that item and had to wait another 20-30 minutes but was quoted 8-12. Crazy. In total, I’m sitting there for almost 45-50 minutes just for my lunch.Don’t order for pick up unless up want to wait longer than promise AND your food comes out cold AND you have to deal with attitude from the to go side. I was patient but the girl behind Togo's was very rude.Never had an issue dining in, however, seems like the to go people don’t really care if you get your order correct or at all. I spent almost $30 on my order, just to receive it soggy, cold, and the service/wait made me lose my appetite.

Placed a pick up order. Arrived in the time frame provided by the employee over the phone. After waiting a few minutes, we decided to order a drink at the bar to pass the time. Despite another couple at the bar ordering their drinks a minute prior, we were told it was closed and were not allowed to order drinks. As we continued to wait(40min), the restaurant prepared for closing and an employee asked us to move from the table we were waiting at so she could mop under it. $46 for two 10 piece wing combos. Didn't even come with a drink. Food was great, but never again.

There is always so many people in there that the service is terrible. I dont get drink refills and I have to wait forever for the check. Its not the servers fault its most likely because they need to hire more servers or schedule more during certain shifts.

We came here around 9 on a Sunday night. We had no idea how busy they would be. It was a 30 min wait for a group of 10. Once we got seated, we had a great server who really was trying his best, but I think they were having issues with their kitchen staff. They seemed to be out of several things we wanted to order. When our food finally arrived it was cold, and not very tasty. I'm sure it's fine most of the time but this was just an ok experience for us.Vegetarian options: They offer beyond meat boneless wings

Just really bad all around. They sat us in a corner table outside away from EVERYONE, by a cornhole set, so we had men bent over with their butts in our faces the whole time. They touched the table and bumped into us over and over again during the time we were there..After being sat down we waited for 20 minutes for someone, and when no one came, we went to ask if we could get some help. The service was really awful, our table was dirty, the food was cold when it came out. The whole plate was just soggy. The whole vibe and place was just a huge DUD. Me and my sister don't really get out much, so we were really excited to have drinks and dinner. We should have definitely picked somewhere else.

Menú states 5 wings 1lb..I got 5 miniature wings....not even close to a 1 lb....service was bad from seating/drinks/food order.......I will no come back ever....I gve them 1 star because review wont let me 0 out...
