The place appeared unkept. The ladies bathroom was filthy. Our food came out sporadically and cold. They were really not that busy at 2 pm in the afternoon on Sunday. We had 9 in our party and our server was pleasant.

Absolutely delicious, all options looked so good I had such a hard time picking what I wanted. Despite the slight personal struggle to navigate the menu, our host Aubrey was so patient and helpful the whole time! Ended up getting the popcorn shrimp, per her request; best shrimp I've had in some time 👌

Camila was my waitress. She is exactly the kind of person that will keep me coming back time after time. Hire the best people like her and you're sure to succeed.
Camila was a great waitress. But on the other hand food was cold .Everything on the Ultimate feast plate was cold even baked potato. Lobster..shrimp..king crab cold. Even Shrimp and lobster linguine was cold. Sent it back only to have it come back dry. Not planning on returning anytime soon. I would understand if they were busy but there was only 6 other tables being served. 3 had already finished their meal.

We got to the restaurant 2/21/23 7:50 pm and after we got seated they gave us menus and left us at our table. There were lots of servers and they kept coming around helping the ones that were there already and didn’t care about our table mind that we were in the middle table of all the other people seated around us on booths they all finished and left they cleaned those tables and by now more than 35 minutes had passed and no service to us 3 adults and a toddler, we waited five more minutes and a family of 4 is seated right across from us and they get their drinks order taken and a minute later server comes back with drinks and bread. We left and will never go back to this Red Lobster ever, we are not invisible people and wont allow anyone to treat us like it.

It’s taken well over an hour and still no food even though EVERYBODY around us got here after us and has their food. Took forever for appetizers. Takes FOREVER for drinks and refills. I’ll never come here again for my husbands birthday. Really really sucks
