The coffee smells so good! Had a cup at the farmers market and happened to park near the actual store so we stopped in for more! I got the kiss-strawberry matcha latte and hubby had the a road runner-almond butterscotch latte. Both were good.

Love this place! Perfect coffee. Fair trade, shade grown (save the songbirds!), and Chad is super knowledgeable and friendly.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! Walter makes the best coffee drinks and he’s so cool to chat with. He also sells an incredible variety of records in the shop. I really recommend one of his custom drinks called the Wickerman. It’s so delicious. And Redbud’s dark Sumatra coffee beans are the absolute best I’ve ever had. I’d give them a million stars if I could.

I absolutely love Redbud's coffee! The iced coffees are truly a worthy addiction. The customer service is always friendly, personal and fantastic!

Come for the coffee, stay for the epic record collection! Delicious, creative coffee options paired with the old school way of browsing bands.

I love having these guys as my local roaster. The inclusion of the record store inside has made me have to think about the frequency of my visits because it's a dangerous combination of good things. They do sell at the Saturday market in the square so I also like catching them there because I can save my impulsive need to buy both coffee and records. Regarding the roasts, they seem to me slightly darker than I might hope for but not in anyway bad or over roasted, purely a note for someone who prefers light roasts. They have a stable selection of origins and blends but I don't see unique or limited roasts or experiments if that is something you look for in a roaster. Definitely not suggesting that consistency isnt a bad thing. In fact it's pretty great to achieve in coffee.

I was expecting more from Redbud Roasters. I read on their website that breakfast tacos, bagels, and other food items were available. I found out that they stopped serving food during the pandemic. Now I know, I won't show up hungry and expecting to eat next visit. The service and coffee were great. The selection of beans was impressive. Did I mention that there's a record store in the same space and great music being played while you're enjoying your coffee? I will definitely be back!

I forgot what a difference it makes to have freshly roasted coffee. Iced americano, so good! Quiet, you can sit and write in the afternoon. I'll come again when I need a get away from Austin.

This shop is so cute! Plus after getting your coffee you can check out some neat vinyl records!
