The service lacks organization. No clear directives given on how to attend customers. The atmosphere is nice. Not a bad place if you are proactive in tracking down waitstaff.

Restaurant wasn't open and service was less than expected for a conference center hotel.

We had a graduation celebration dinner for my son back in May and the staff here went above and beyond to make it a very special occasion. The restaurant was unoccupied this night, and the bar area was crowded, so the manager, Derek, put 2 tables together fir our party of 12 and allowed us to order off the restaurant menu instead of the bar menu, which was limited. The food was good, and they were short on ingredients that night, and the service was excellent. The wait staff and bartender staff, Emily A., Theresa, Aliyah, Wisby and Lani, were very friendly and accommodating to our party. I wanted to thank all who made this celebratory dinner a success, and Derek really made it happen. I do recommend this hotel, bar and restaurant.

The food presentation was decent, but thee burger and fries were too salty. There was hair on the plate so it was sent back to the kitchen. Thee new burger was a little smaller than the first one. The GM comped it and added a delicious marquis cake.
Called Embassy Suites phone line and they said everything was open as normal spoke to front desk and the restaurant has been closed for a year (due to COVID). Gross miscommunication from Embassy Main
I had their Chicken and Waffles, it was outstanding. Good beers on tap, the service was a little slow but they did acknowlede they were slow.
Nobody at the host stand for over 10 minutes. After finally being taken to the seat and asking for water, the hostess/waitress disappeared, never to return. Walked out 10 mins afterwards, since the staff was nowhere to be found.
Service was average. No complaints there. Food was underwhelming and over priced. If you can, go elsewhere.
Very nice environment and friendly people

Very slow service, took us an hour to get our food!
Ordered two sandwiches, a child's pasta and a child's mac n cheese.... Took over 45 minte minutes for it to come out. Wasn't really worth waiting for.
Perfectly acceptable hotel restaurant; food is good, for the most part, with one or two dishes being excellent and one or two sub-par. Prices aren't low but they're not outrageous for a place of this type, and it's a comfortable place with a lot of room, some booths as well as tables, and a private dining room.
Very good service, pear bread pudding was wonderful
Way overpriced. We were hungry and it was Thanksgiving so our options were limited. They had a special for Thanksgiving that was 32.00. The meal consisted of mediocre banquet food at best. We were incredibly disappointed
