They need to fire the guy who’s been working the outside bar the last few weekends. Me being 21 with a wristband I buy 2 shots for myself and I asked for a chaser and the bartender inside(I go inside for anything other than beer because the bartender outside will also dilute the hell out of your drink) give me two more shot glasses filled with sprite which is fine by me but when I go back outside to my table and shoot my two shots then one “shot” of sprite and I give the other to my friend since he’s only able to have water (he’s 20) the bartender outside decides to stop serving the customer and escort my whole friend group out even after I try explaining the situation to him then I get let back in without the friend and I order a beer that’s been 5.33 all night when I use my card but when I give him 7 dollars in cash he says this isn’t enough and a beer is 8 bucks so either he doesn’t know what the prices are, is pocketing that extra money as a “tip” but then still expects more, or he was just being a dick because he kicked us out

This is the most homophobic bar on the square. If you are trying to reach a gay friendly club this is definitely not the one. I got jumped by two black dudes outside the club for being gay and there was no security or nothing to break up the fight. It’s a vibe but just be aware because they will not have ur back if you’re gay

don’t come here if ur not a white person lmfao. my gf went in and got id and was let through and lost her id later on and when she tried to get back literally 5 minutes later they didn’t let her bc she didn’t have an id even with a wristband on but the moment a group of white girls and guys show up they get to cut the line, don’t have to show id, and get a wristband. the bouncers also have a huge ego

Bought one Michelob and they added a $1 venue service fee charge. It was $5.33 for one Michelob and the bartender charged me $10 extra for nothing. I went back later and very politely asked about it. Afterall, maybe it was a mistake. She then got immediately confrontational and refused to do anything while being extremely rude, saying “what do you want me to do about it?” I’d think if she had a charge on her card she didn’t make, she’d ask about it too. And then made me wait for 5 minutes before telling me the same thing again. Was very confused because I wasn’t even upset about it, was just curious as to why it was there.

TLDR: Beware of fees and extra charges if you give them your card. Dishonest and rude people

randomly forced us out of section to let other people in section after having the bottle for only 10 min, then they got physical with my friend for refusing to move out of section and they snatched his chains.

I’ve never left a google review before…WORST bar experience I have ever had in my entirety of nightlife. I’ve never had a forceful/intentional aggression by a man before, mind you this was the MANAGER of this bar. I proceeded to get a water after my friends of the LGBTQ community were escorted out of the bar for being in the same restroom as me. A female bartender working that night was “uncomfortable” with the fact that they were in the restroom with me. Flash forward I go to sip my water I got from the downstairs bar and offer my friend a sip and the manager forcefully pushed my glass of water into my leg and spilled the whole drink down my jeans. I understand independent businesses have policies but this WAS NOT a way to handle a situation. Extremely homophobic bar that will not hold back from getting aggressively physical with female customers. Don’t waste your time at this bar, there are plenty of bars on the square that will allow you to have a wonderful experience like Wildfire and Veranda :)

One of the owners of this bar is yet another example of the terrible racist gentrification that is plaguing our beautiful city. Do not patronize this establishment. I went to this bar and enjoyed the ambiance, despite the very overpriced drink. I haven't been back due to the drink prices, but I just found out that this bar is in fact owned by Brandon Cash, an openly racist and hateful man based in Austin. I will never, ever step foot in this establishment ever again and will implore all my friends to do the same. Stay away.

This place smells like piss and stale vomit. They over serve underage girls and they water down drinks for everyone else.

The owners of this place is so racist and misogynistic. Please do not support this awful man or his bar. Negative stars.
