Do not waste time.. this location is under staffed. Manager is aware and had been aware for months per the employee behind the register.. he has not placed the ads or find the interviews. Very unprofessional
Employee was move very apologetic. Still didn't change the time I lost. PLACE WAS EMPTY drive thru and online orders took priority over find in guest.. go figure.
Nasty place, I don’t know what’s worse, having to go inside or through the drive-through where they act like they can never hear you and take about 15 minutes per customer.

The taste of the food has deteriorated. Expensive.
The quality of the food has greatly deteriorated, very expensive for small tasteless sandwiches

We didn't even get to eat!!! We waited for about half an hour before we cancelled our order and left. They didn't even start making our food. We checked in a few times too.

I had a bad experience at the store with the staff and I decided to put a review. we were very disappointed we missed our lunch and we were late to our class. However a few days later I get a call from the manager David that called me regarding the survey, apologized for the inconvenience multiple times and listen patiently to what I had to say I appreciate Mr David calling back and taking the time to understand what the issue was and apologizing. The 5 star on service is for the Manager David who called back to understand the issue. He promised that his staff will be trained

I guess, we were unlucky. super hungry after shopping. Walked in to 3 people in line and no cashier. The lady finally arrived from the kitchen. Turned out, they had some issues with both registers, and drive through. That we had to be guessing, no communication from the staff. The guy from the back came
to try to fix, but he was very stressed, when I asked if we were able to use the promo via drive through, since he stated it was coming back. His answer was: “gonna take a while to restart”. Which was not my question at all. Anyway, I know it’s frustrating when the computers don’t work, but the staff shouldn’t just be walking around like they are passers by and not give a crap about awaiting customers. Let us know what’s going on. We ended up leaving and heading to the closest Schlotzsky’s location. Very poor experience.
P.S.
-while the whole mess, I asked for water cup. But even the e water tasted really bad, as it was from sewage or smth.
- all tables seemed to be unclean. my mom, while waiting, ended up wiping the table for someone else:)

Great sandwich. Drivevthru is difficult to find but it's there. When we were there they seemed to be training someone new so it seemed slow service for an off time and very few customers but we will be back for another great sandwich.

I just want to say that David the manager performed outstanding service to my family today. I don’t ever write reviews unless I get horrible service, but David had such great service that I had to write this review. Like this is what’s gonna make my family and I come back to the Schlotzky’s
Good sammich always! This location didn't let me down.

An Austin original. Always delicious, fresh, and served with a smile. The Cinnabon options are simply delectable.

Food is whatever, more sustenance than taste.
But beware of false advertised prices!
Classic cinnamon roll advertised as $4.99 but rang up as $5.49
That’s a 10% markup hidden without any reason.
