I went to buy a sandwich today. The sandwich was good but they didn't have the bread I like. I reminded the cashier about the pickle spear that comes with the sandwich. She yes, but NO pickle spear! Maybe its petty to complain but giving good customer service is what keeps customers happy and returning to buy food. Im disappointed! Do better!

San Marcos is probably the worst location for this chain. I do eat here occasionally and it is consistently disappointing each time. They ran out of pizzas this time. Need a new manager , owner operator? 10/25/25

Sandwich was good. This location doesn’t seem to believe in staffing the front counter, I had to yell at someone in the kitchen to order, and then again later to get a box. My food tray, as well as the to-go box I received, had some kind of sauce on the bottom that I had to clean off me both times. There were multiple puddles of water around the restaurant from the AC dripping (I hope, because one was next to/underneath the trash can with no obvious source 🤢). Unimpressed. I’ll choose a different sandwich place next time.

The service is absolutely horrible. Staff are rude and disrespectful. They let somebody cut in front of me twice. Unless you are going through the drive thru or picking up an online order, they do not care about you. I will not go back to that location. They do not deserve business. Corporate really needs to get involved. Because their management and staff are incompetent.

Just got take out here tonight and I just Wana say this was the worse sandwiches we have ever had from a Schlotzsky's. The bread is rock hard,they put one black olive on my sandwich and I asked for extra..what the .... happened here. If you go..make sure you for sure check the sandwiches before you leave. Unbelievable..

What has happened? Schlotzsky sandwich needs major help. I ordered a medium original sandwich all the way. Totally ended up with with a bland entree. Romaine lettuce leaves with hard white centers on a sandwich. A total waste of $9.00 plus dollars.
