The smoothies are good, that’s not the issue. But my goodness kindness goes a long way. Rolling your eyes for asking for an extra cup? A simple yes or no would be fine but the rudeness is quite unnecessary.

I’ve been there quite a few times after the gym but and haven’t had the best customer service there. Today I went and at the time that we walked in we only seen one worker, he was in such a good mood had a smile on his face, gave me suggestions of other options to get since the original item i wanted wasn’t in stock. (which i totally understand) I asked what his name was an he said Caleb! Needless to say I’ll be happy anytime i see Caleb in store! It’s employees like him that make people WANT to go back!Thank you Caleb for helping us!

Very frustrating trying to communicate a basic order to staff, asked for a strawberry banana smoothie three times, first two tries the guy wanted to make my order a banana boat, then a piece of angel food cake. Fellow acted like they didn't serve smoothies or know what they were. Only alibi I can assume is it was beginning of day, maybe he didn't have coffee yet. In a separate visit I asked for low ice, yet drink was so frozen I got brain freeze right away.

Who ever was working last night [1-21-24](guy with ponytail) never said a word to us other than what can I get you and bye. He really seemed he did not want to be there and never washed his hands or wore gloves when making my drink. Today I feel sick and had to miss out on work because I believe I got food poisoning from here. I love smoothie king but I will not be returning to this one.

Caleb & Madonna are WONDERFUL! I called in the wrong location & the other store manager was not going to transfer it. Caleb took it upon himself to make me my order in-store & not complicate it. I will be back bc of him.

Poor customer service and arrived at 825 and they close at 9 asked if we could still order and they said well we could but don't want to cause everything is putt away and cleaned and prices are terribley expensive

We walked in 15 minutes before 9 which is the time they close and they kicked us out the second we walked in saying they were closed... the guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO SHAKE SMART!! They close at 10pm

Don't go here, customer service was awful and guy in the ponytail was being lazy and letting his coworker do orders while he mopped in order to leave 20min early before closing. I would recommend going to Shake smart instead...
