I’ve lived in San Marcos for 4 years now and have consistently gone to this location. Sometimes the food is okay but most times it’s either cold or just tastes old. I went today and got a shake if you can even call it that. At ANY OTHER SONIC I would’ve gotten a shake that was filled to the top like it should be, but I guess this sonic is having some sort of ice cream famine.💀

a Lady manger there was talking really badly about a lot of customers and she accidentally left her mic on while doing so. Was calling people out of their names. this is so unprofessional for a manger at that, please take care of this asap.Took forever to get back to me as well.
I have barely been back to this location for over a year due to a handful of uncomfortable experiences with their manager Brandon that eventually led to me having to place a complain with the company about him coercing me for my number. Then tonight he is the one who takes me order and I make sure I'm on the phone with a friend so I don't have to talk to him, then I get home and my coney dog looks like jerky. I don't know if it's worse that they sent out a completely shriveled and blackened hot dog because he recognized the person ordering, or because they were just okay with sending it out.

Listen to all the bad reviews and just don’t come here. We waited longer than 30 mins to get our order (sonic blast and slushy) when they finally brought it, it was the wrong order..the lady offered to bring a new one so we waited extra 20 mins and she never brought it. I mean i get it she probably didn’t care about bringing my order anymore as she was the only one working and the place was busy. They are clearly understaffed, we ended up leaving with the wrong order!

I don't what was going on here at this Sonic today but service sucked. It took more than 15 mins to deliver a drink. Maybe they were shorthanded but maybe they should have stated that fact. 🤔 I will probably go back but come on. I pushed the call button to ask about my order. I got a hold on just a minute. Again, service was pretty horrible. Let's work on that plz.
