My mom and I went to this Sonic for a quick bite. Little did we know, that we would soon be blessed with FANTASTIC customer service provided to us by a sweet kind soul named, Ethan. Ethan was incredibly generous, friendly, and really boosted the atmosphere of the establishment. Ethan gave us our food very quickly, was very polite, and really made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.
Ethan was absolutely amazing, we gave him a good review on our Sonic Survey, but words could not describe the quality customer experience we were given. Ethan really changed our lives, we need more people like Ethan to work in Sonic establishments because workers that prioritize their quality work, really symbolizes the true face of the Sonic franchise.

I felt bad for coming in right before they closed (almost midnight😕), I gave Dallas a $2 bill for bringing me my order, he seemed so excited about it, it made me happy. I love when people are so friendly even when it’s so late😃
The other workers at the other sonic are pretty openly irritated when I come in late (understandably!) no hate to them, but I had to leave a good review here because I really appreciated his good attitude!

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake master shake. And it was just vanilla ice-cream with a little strawberry fruit bits in it. It had a cherry at the bottom of my cup. So won't be going there again for a strawberry cheesecake shake lol

lunch orders likely to take a long time, don't go if you just want a drink... tried to order just a rt 44 coke zero with no ice. I didn't notice as I was paying but the price was too low, what was filled out on the reciept was a medium diet coke (tastes worse imo), no modifications. technically 3 small errors, but the result was an entirely wrong drink.

The other sonic in town (Guadalupe) decided to close 20 minutes early for no reason and to not do their jobs.
These guys were the complete opposite. GREAT attitudes, GREAT work ethic. Thank you so much, I’ll only use this sonic in town now!!
If you want your order to be wrong 50 percent of the time don’t go here! We order drinks with add ons for there to be no add ons or when you order food that comes with sauces no sauces are provided. There’s no attention to little details here. I suggest to go to the 2830 SOUTH 1-35, San Marcos, TX 78666 location by the target.

I arrived and placed my order of two blasts. The individual next to me showed up 5 minutes after me, placing his order of a double cheese burger. He received his order and mine still waiting. After 20 mins have passed, they finally bring out a crap looking ice cream with no care.

When I tell you this was the SALTIEST food I've ever eaten (and I've eaten bottom of the pot onion soup from Kobe, literally the last bowl of the night before they closed....) seriously this was so salty it made me legitimately sick. It was quite literally unbearable.
