I absolutely love this Sonic! They are always quick and have delicious drinks and mozzarella sticks. My favorite place to go real fast on my lunch break.
I officially will no longer support Sonic. Charging for sauce when the sauce should already come with the item. Charging for marinara for mozzarella sticks and for honey mustard for chicken bites. You are some stingy, trifling people.

Ordered ahead through the app. Simple enough. Arrived and we're served by a girl wearing hello kitty pajamas who clearly was not enthused to be serving us. We got our shakes but one of them tasted like chemicals or tasted completely rotton upon sipping from the bottom. No desert crumbles and it only tasted like cheesecake NOT banana flavored that we ordered. We called the hopper back over who was even more displeased that she had to come back over to us. Told her what was happening with the shake and she just blankly stared and replied so what? You want me to remake it? We said yes of course. She walked off and didn't even take the bad shake to throw away. Cames back. Shake tasted better but didn't have the crumbles we were supposed to have and STILL not banana flavored!
I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THIS. There are really no words except i hope people find this review helpful. Needless to say I won't be going back and hopefully we don't get sick! The ice cream was completely inedible and we just left we were so fed up with hello kitty pj lady. Milk bacteria is NOTHING to play around with.

Either the machines are broken or this location is understaffed. You press the button and nothing happens. If you go through the drive thru its great. I've pressed the button and waited 10-15 minutes before giving up. Went through the drive thru and was in and out in a few minutes.

The mangonada slush wasn’t mixed and was missing the tajin. And they only gave me one napkin when i got 2 meals for 2 people. They also took a very very long time cars were leaving.
Please all I ask is be more accurate with orders. Take the time to verify orders are accurate. I ordered a coke with lime and got a twisted limeade. I don't even know... We asked for mustard with corn dog order and got ketchup. Again, why. So why should I go back and give you my business. Get it right Sonic!

Awful service at the drive through, had to wait forever for them to even take our order and had us waiting at the window for over 10 minutes before we even paid. We tried to be understanding but they still didn’t open the window or anything. Awful service.

The parking lot was packed, and we had just managed to grab a spot right as someone was leaving. We were in the middle of a long drive, and we had mistaken Popeye's pickle menu for Sonic. I had really wanted to try out the pickle slush, and get some other drinks for the road. We had taken a while to order as we were figuring out the different flavors, and the waiter was very kind and understanding. Once we had asked for a pickle slush, he had taken a moment to figure out what we were asking for, and said that he would figure something out for us. We waited a short time before we recieved our drinks, and the waiter came and we exchanged our confusion with each other. The drinks were all excellent, and we realized that the waiter had invented a menu item for us, in the middle a busy evening. It had also happened to be happy hour, and all of our drinks were unexpectedly cheap. The service at this sonic was excellent, and should be recognized as such. On another note, when we selected a tip for our waiter on the ordering monitor, I do not think that the tip went through. I had forgotten to give our server cash when we recieved the drinks due to the confusion. It is also possible that our server was a manager, he seemed very managerial and professional on top of being an excellent server.

This is my 3rd time dealing with rude customer service from this place! Aly was extremely rude over the intercom and hung up on me twice as I wasn’t done completing my order. I wanted something off the menu and she said they didn’t have it, so I was going to settle for something else, but the way she kept cutting me off and being rude, I just returned my order because I was afraid she’d tamper with it! Please do better because you don’t know what type of day someone is having. If you don’t want to work, don’t. But be kind!!
