Starbucks

Ordered a tall Americano w/ 2 pumps of vanilla and splash of half & half and it was so disgusting. The first sip worried me but I thought not much of it until I opened the lid and witnessed the most horrific color for an americano: white. Perhaps it was the barista’s first day. I’m not sure and at this point I don’t care. The color matched what I had been drinking. 10% caffeine and 80% milk and 10% water. Thus said, I will not be revisiting this Starbucks. Good day.

Drinks are so good!

Waited in line just for them to say they’re only taking dinning dollars … no other card or cash. Perhaps that should’ve been informed towards everyone waiting. ( the alkek Starbucks btw)

The experience was terrible I waited 30 minutes for a venti matcha latte and once I told the worker they said they'll make it. As they go right away to make someone else drink, by the time she finally makes mine she made a grande. Which made me wait even more additional time and late to my class. Don't go to this starbucks unless you want your drinks messed up and they taste bad anyways. Overall, a horrible experience and customer service. Very unprofessional too as the workers cannot keep up with the line and customers, didn't even put my name on the drink which easily makes it easy for anyone to take it also. Starbucks has gone down hill for sure. Avoid the one at Alkek at all cost.

No way a double espresso takes 20 mins

BEST Starbucks I've ever been too. ALL employees were GREAT at customer service. My drink was the BEST I've ever had at Starbucks. Very creative & delicious seasonal menu drinks by employees.

I would give zero stars if possible. I come and I always get the same drink and it’s never full. My drink has always looked like someone has taken a sip of it. Not very cool. Happens often to even at other locations nearby.

I love Starbucks. But the one at the university have different timings. For summer they close at 2pm. And I always get bummed because for some reason I am near by Starbucks or wanted one after 2.

Always check out your Starbucks app before visiting as they have cool offers for particular days.

Supper nice baristas let me remake my drink when it was too sweet without any issues. I absolutely loved the coffee the second time around!

Always packed if you're here on weekends. Too long to wait for anything! So for weekends (especially on long weekend holidays) the best is to get your drinks etc from another Starbucks before you go to the outlets for your shopping. It's not busy on week days. They do make mistakes with orders sometimes. So do check what you have received before you leave the store.

Staff shoul show some respect towards customers??

Slow even when it's not crowded!

Very unorganized and rude. I was waiting 15 min for my tall black coffee of the day and never got it.

What is this? They don’t know how to make drinks AT ALL. There is no way we pay over $6 for this and they can’t even fill it up
